First time in this area and was surprised to see a shake shack. Food was great, as usual. My son was happy with his food and actually sat down and ate. The employees were professional, sweet and quick. The girl at the front was extremely nice to my son in helping him order something, he really liked the bacon on his grilled cheese.

First visit to a U.S. Shake Shack location. Not what I expected. Service was ok. Tables filthy and (shared) M/F restrooms filthy as well. Burgers were tasteless mush. Fries were way over salted .Even the parking lot right outside the door was dirty/trash all over. Overpriced. There are much better places if you’re looking for a burger. It’s no surprise they are closing some locations. Will not return

Just went to get a shake but it was more like a slightly thicker chocolate milk. Staff didn’t seem like they’d make it again so didn’t bother asking. They weren’t busy but they also weren’t friendly
