The iced shaken espresso drinks seem to be made incorrectly way too often across all Starbucks stores. This store gets it right by far the most of all the Starbucks in the area so I come out of my way to this spot for that drink. (Blue bell location is by far the worst - they can’t make a shaken espresso).
The workers here are friendly and the drinks are made right most of the time!
But please please please put straws out for customers to grab as needed. It puts totally avoidable stress on the customers and on the baristas to make customers try to interrupt the barista in the middle of the barista hurriedly making five drinks at once. We shouldn’t need to ask for a straw to drink our iced coffee. We mobile ordered to avoid ordering in person and we went a straw. And baristas shouldn’t have to stop making drinks to grab a straw from their hidden spot. Please put the straws back out like the other locations do!
