This place is a straight up JOKE😡BOOOOOOO!!!! TOMATO, TOMATO, TOMATO!!!! I was literally standing at the counter for almost ten mins while FIVE employees were behind the counter. Finally, I got tired of just staying there so I asked can I be helped? ERNESTO was his name, he turned around and had the nerve to say….”we’re occupied right now”🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️like r u kidding me? U do not say that to a customer. I worked as a server n I would NEVER say that to a customer. It was very rude and inconsiderate. I ordered four drinks and proceeded to wait at least ANOTHER ten mins for my drinks. They weren’t even that busy so I’m not understanding what the issue was? If I could give -2 stars, I would. However, the girl that did take care of me at the counter was very kind and nice. But Ernesto, if you’re reading this, you need to get your people skills up And quit the job you’re at cause you’re very rude and inconsiderate and always remember CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!

The workers have terrible attitudes most days except for Justin. Also they will never get drunk order right. JUST READ THE LABEL!!!! I should not have to take multiple trips inside to get drink RIGHT! EXCEPT JUSTIN WHO GETS EVERYTHING RIGHT

If I can give you guys a half star I would!!!!! Every time I come there and ask for my order to be made the way I like it ... you can't get it right. I come inside wait extra long for you guys to make my order for it to come out wrong every single time!!!!! I don't understand how hard it is to make extra crispy hashbrowns !!!! I never do drive thru !!!! I come inside and you still can't get it right!!!!! I ask for sparkling water? I get green tea !!! I will never you guys my business again. Too many tries and failed every time !!!!

Ordered ahead with the app, by the time I arrived my order was ready. I simply grabbed it and left. Please seemed average like any other dunkin. I did notice they had a lot of employees working, and they were all busy, so I assume it’s a busy location. Coffee and donuts work fresh.
This place was small but had a lot of employees on shift. The employee was quick and very pleasant. They were very efficient and attentive. This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been in yet!!
