Employees are very rude always playing around never they never get the food right always wrong always have to come back to get the order right everyone looks sloppy that works there supervisor for one is very rude talks about employees at the drive-thru window when she should be professional

Well I'm deaf lady , drive thru every time I went there I did told them I do not want and can't have vanilla.shots which I'm allergic to so they did trade new one for free for mistake but twice again same things some of them didn't respectful for me cause my daughter heard few of them making fun of me being deaf I don't like that place in Plymouth I like DD in Edwardsville is better cause few people work there did learns few sign to communicate with me which is very nice of them ! They are nice and respectful!

Went there early this morning. Ordered 2 coffees and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After I paid for my order I got confused when the young man checking me out said your 3rd coffee will be right out. I asked him why are there 3? He said we read you the order back and you approved it. Do you want a refund? I declined because I wasn't to trying to get a refund, I was just confused what happened. I saw a woman in the back look at me and from my pov it looked like she rolled her eyes at me. The young man then handed me the 3rd coffee i didn't order and sent me off. So i received 3 coffees and no bagel. Admittedly I was tired, and I understand they probably were too. I know the food industry is hard, just maybe a bit more patience would be nice. The coffee was very good though, probably the best coffees I've had from a dunkin around here.

The workers are slow don’t know how to listen to a order you ask for one thing they give a other they have a slow line for drive thu and inside is longer you make a online order and it. Never ready even if you drive 10 mi a to get there after making the order and then they loose the online order and you have to show them the phone maybe hire people over 25 that way stuff is ran the right way

Always so helpful and quick I have gone there every day for 7 years and they have made my days alittle better each time always remembering my order they get you in and out quick and always have the best options and help you get something new when your feeling adventurous
