The workers have terrible attitudes most days except for Justin. Also they will never get drunk order right. JUST READ THE LABEL!!!! I should not have to take multiple trips inside to get drink RIGHT! EXCEPT JUSTIN WHO GETS EVERYTHING RIGHT

The lady on speaker is MISERABLE and these people make every piece DEAD WRONG. they're incapable of correcting anything. Do not waste your time or money here these people actually suck

If I can give you guys a half star I would!!!!! Every time I come there and ask for my order to be made the way I like it ... you can't get it right. I come inside wait extra long for you guys to make my order for it to come out wrong every single time!!!!! I don't understand how hard it is to make extra crispy hashbrowns !!!! I never do drive thru !!!! I come inside and you still can't get it right!!!!! I ask for sparkling water? I get green tea !!! I will never you guys my business again. Too many tries and failed every time !!!!

Ordered ahead with the app, by the time I arrived my order was ready. I simply grabbed it and left. Please seemed average like any other dunkin. I did notice they had a lot of employees working, and they were all busy, so I assume it’s a busy location. Coffee and donuts work fresh.

This place was small but had a lot of employees on shift. The employee was quick and very pleasant. They were very efficient and attentive. This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been in yet!!

Place when it has fresh items it wonderful but half the time I go my coffee tastes burnt the donuts are amazing but the coffees i get that are iced are messed up 75 percent of the time and taste bad

Well I'm deaf lady , drive thru every time I went there I did told them I do not want and can't have vanilla.shots which I'm allergic to so they did trade new one for free for mistake but twice again same things some of them didn't respectful for me cause my daughter heard few of them making fun of me being deaf I don't like that place in Plymouth I like DD in Edwardsville is better cause few people work there did learns few sign to communicate with me which is very nice of them ! They are nice and respectful!
