This is a great little breakfast spot with a hometown feel! The food was delicious, portions generous and wait staff friendly. The atmosphere was friendly and warm but the actual decor and furniture certainly showed their age. It’s the kind of place my husband loves with old banquet style chairs that are cracking and county crock style wallpaper boarder peeling around the walls. It was the perfect spot for us! Just don’t expect cutesy decor or elegant charm.

We have been coming here for the past two years when we come on vacation. Service is great and all the staff is friendly. We have only tried their breakfast and it is some of the best food we have had. It is worth the $0.50 to add onions to the home fries. Eggs are always cooked to order. I like mine over-medium and my husband over-light.
He had the French toast which he said was perfect. And I tried a German Pancake with Cinnamon Vanilla goodness. The pancake was very tasty. I ate the whole thing before trying anything else on my plate. I highly recommend their German pancake as an appetizer to share to see how good it is. I can not wait to go back and get an order of them. They set a high bar for how a German pancake should taste:
We have had the same server we have been there and she is friendly and in top of things. She works hard to make sure everyone has everything they need and does a nice job checking in you and not over checking.

Our host suggested Moyer's for their famous German pancakes, and we were thrilled with the food! The German pancakes with vanilla cinnamon syrup and the homefries were the highlights, along with the other breakfast items we ordered. We love discovering local gems like Moyer's. Unfortunately, our welcome was less than ideal. We waited patiently at the 'Please wait to be seated' sign, but the older waitress repeatedly passed us without a word. When she finally addressed us, it was dismissive, and she then kicked a dropped knife into the kitchen, a serious hygiene concern. Thankfully, Tricia, our actual server, was a complete contrast. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our meal enjoyable. Her exceptional service saved the experience. Tricia, thank you!

This place is a gem located in the lovely Poconos mountains. Stumbled upon it one weekend and we've return many times after. The staff is great, and the food is top notch. The German pancakes are the star here, topped with a cinnamon vanilla syrup that really elevates the dish. We recommend you stop by and taste them yourself.
