My wife and I had a delicious dinner last night; a Phily cheesesteak for me and a pork special for my wife. Excellent! The real highlight was Jayden's service. Super friendly and attentive throughout our dinner. Thank you Jayden. We've been to Murph's before and will certainly return soon.

Went for the thanksgiving buffet and it was absolutely delicious. The servers we had were friendly and attentive. We had a nice table next to the fireplace. It was so good we ordered a plate to go! Also very reasonably priced.

ordered the crock of French onion soup and it was filled with raw onions. I couldn’t believe what they served me. so I sent it back and I got the calamari which was good The other two people we were with we’re not very happy with the crunchy potstickers and the overcooked shrimp and the people next to us said don’t get the pizza

Murphys hideaway has become our go to when coming up here to our summer place. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The drinks are good too. Just have to shout out to Hannah out waitress, for great recommendations and superb service!
We had a wonderful time at Murphy's! We sat out on the patio and enjoyed such delicious food! The service was fast and super friendly! We excited to go back again with friends!
Parking: Handicap with wheelchair access at the door with plenty of open parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a stone walkway that steeps up into the door, but a wheel chair can be wheeled in with help. They also have a back patio that can be wheelchair accessible.

Their Irish Nachos were the best!!! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was great. Staff helpful and gracious. We will come back to this place again when we are back in town. Yes, they were that good!
Liesl was the best bartender! She was so friendly and steered us in the best direction for good eats ! The Wing flats with the dry rub seasoning and seared salmon were amazing ! We will definitely be back ? pops and the commissioner add such a fun dynamic to the bar !

We stopped in here, 30 minutes before closing time. We called ahead, and they said they were more than happy to accept our walk-in for dinner that night. It was just before this Labor Day weekend, but on a Thursday night. We ordered wings, the flats special, fish & chips, and they completely accommodated a sandwich for me and made it vegetarian style (chicken caprese, but without the chicken ?); their homemade pesto was amazing. The wait staff were accommodating and friendly. Our waitress was absolutely the best! We ordered two cocktails with our dinner and they were delicious. The weather took a turn for the worst, and our waitress brought over an umbrella to our table before we walked out to make sure that we didn’t get soaked returning to our car. She even took a family photo for us even though the restaurant had already closed. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

We visited Murph’s Hideaway for a 12 people family dinner while staying in Poconos in July 2024. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. We liked it so much that in just two days came back with a smaller crew and enjoyed it again :) They also had a good local beer on tap - Broken Heels Hazy IPA. We didn’t catch live music but saw the band setting up.
First time the service was a bit rough and for some reason they couldn’t arrange us a single/combined table though I called in advance and made a reservation for 12 people. Second time our waitress was Carol and we got a great service. All was smooth and nice.
We highly recommend Murph’s Hideaway if you are in the area and looking for an excellent American bar/grill food.
Food ordered Flat Basket wings - these are tiny but tender and delicious with really little fat. We found them better than regular bigger wings with much more fat. 12 Wings - regular buffalo wings. Tiny flats are better. Home Made Chili - excellent. Crock French Onion soup - I didn't expect much from a French Onion soup ordered in American grill restaurant. But this was surprisingly good! Key Largo Shrimp - good. Primavera flat bread - certainly pass on this one. The dough was pretty thick, far from "flat", and the toppings tasted like canned veggies.
Cheesesteak Quesadilla and Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla - both were absolutely delicious! Fresh, juicy, with generous amount of filling. Philly Cheesesteak - good as it should be. Shepherd Pie - this one is restaurant's special and it was excellent according to few people in our party. I wish I could try it but it had pork which I don't eat.
Burgers: Hawaiian Burger, Jack Burger, Cajun Bleu Burger - all were absolutely great! Generous 1/2 lbs they were, perfectly done as ordered (I had medium-rare), juicy, sizzling, and overall perfect! I want Murph’s Hideaway's burger again!
