Robert Christians Restaurant

I was there in 1999 after the loss of my Mother. A family gathering for an intimate (private room,) celebration of a life well lived. The service, accommodations were impeccable and environment cohesive to our needs at this time of grief. I was just notified that this restaurant still exists. After so many closures in and about PA, RC still thrives. The reason(s) why from this patron is clearly stated above.

What a true treasure to find. Everything our table ordered was delicious. A must try if I'm the area. The atmosphere is a little dated but the food was extremely fresh well prepared and tasted great would highly recommend.

This is a restaurant/bar with a lot of charm. There are early pocono style decorations on the wall. And the food, everything from the homemade butter to the several course meals are absolutely delicious.

Amazing food, if you are near the area please stop by and enjoy with family and friends.

New Cheff in town. Special today Haddock with vegatables and rice. Excellent.

My husband loved the prime rib, my filet mignon was well done instead of medium but still tasted good. unfortunately, I think our waitress must have been new or is just inexperienced bec alot of mistakes made from forgetting our drinks, bringing wrong drinks, forgetting knives, the bread and few other things we asked for but overall good place just not a good waitress tonight.

Great happy hour drink prices and the best prime rib around.

Surprisingly Terrible.

First time here and waitress was beyond nice. Great to my daughters. Very pleased with this place. Prices are nice for all the food we ordered. Will come again. I was reading other peoples reviews and realistically when a location is normally busy on Saturdays it's just common sense that waitresses can only do but so much with so many people. With a little bit of patience for others you can actually enjoy your time versus complaining on here

This was my first time here, but my grandmother had been here years before. She went on about how good their soups are, as well as their chicken parmigiana. I was getting excited as she went on.

Service was great, food was delicious and very generous portions! Had to bring half home.

Food was excellent, but had to take a star off because of the service. Asked for a simple soda refill but our server delivered drinks to 3 other parties before returning with mine, which wound up being after I finished my meal. Unfortunately, service plays a big role in my dining experience and this will place will not be seeing me again because of it.

Excellent meal! Surf and turf special, husband had prime rib.. we both loved it.

Nice homey restaurant. Good food. Love the bread and pot of soup given as a starter.
