There are many times I've been here..different times of the day & they don't have what I ask for. I've always encountered nice staff but not the items I want :/

This old lady who was wearing a mask, was the RUDEST person I’ve ever met. All I asked for was whipped cream on my coffee, I will admit I may have forgotten to ask for it when I ordered, but then I remembered when I got it back to me and I kindly asked for whipped cream. It was something very simple and small and she absolutely obliterated me and screamed at me and was slamming things down. I will never come back here again. I hope this type of behavior is not tolerated and she gets either reprimanded or fired for this. Worst part is, a manager was close nearby and said nothing about it. I hope this reaches someone else because this behavior towards a paying customer asking for a small favor is absolutely disgusting.

Great coffee and decent breakfast sandwiches. I haven’t had an order get screwed up yet! Standard breakfast like egg and cheese on bagel or croissant. Several varieties of drinks , both hot and cold.

Poor scheduling and management- only 1 person working at 3:45pm at a location down the street from and elementary school and frequented by trades people who also get done with their day around that time… stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes before a statement was shouted over to me to use the kiosk, I stated I have cash and the response was a sarcastic“ you’re going to have to wait then, I don’t know what to tell you” I get the person was stressed the place was packed and it was me and 6 people behind me also waiting. Not the first time having to deal with very long waits there, always due to poor scheduling and apathy. I left without being served, I had to get a child off the bus and with out being directly addressed I had no idea if I’d get waited on or when

Stopped at a gas station at 5:40pm that had a Dunkin in it and they were closing up already???? And to top it off the gas station can't serve their own coffee because of the Dunkin being there??? WHY are they even there then?

I ordered x-large coffee and 50 munchkins. She charged me 50 munchkins and x-large coffee. When I picked up munchkins, box only had 22 so I asked her for refund. She ignored me at first but when I asked her again, she said she has no power to refund me. Argument got louder, then she proceed to scream at me. Am I at fault to ask for refund? What if it’s $100. Should I just walked away just because she has no power to refund? Do I know that? Where is a Manager then?One word would have send me walked away feeling lot better. Simply just say you are sorry!! Is that so hard?
