I tried to resist. I really did. I had just rolled myself out of Jubilee, belly full, waistband pleading for mercy—check my other review if you want the play-by-play of that delicious disaster. I told myself, “You don’t need dessert.” But The Junction? Oh, The Junction didn’t care about my logic. It didn’t care about my dignity. It called to me. Literally. I’m pretty sure the building whispered, “Come on, coward… just a little taste…”

To quote my kids… “dad can we go to The Junction again for ice cream”
We were in the area for about a week and had ice cream here 5/6 nights!
Plenty of varieties for everyone (kids and kids at heart) awesome staff and generous portions!
Can’t wait to visit again in our next trip!

Ice cream was 10/10 they have so many flavors and so many different ways to customize!! So so yummy!
Pictured here is the cotton candy ice cream in a waffle bowl with marshmallow sauce, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and a cherry on top!! Super sweet but makes my mouth water just thinking about it!!...
