This is a great spot in an unassuming American small town. The steak is probably the best steak I have had at a locally owned family run restaurant in a long time if not ever. The Friday fish fry is very good and the atmosphere is what you would expect at a place like this. But the food isn't, it is great.

Horrible experience, we waited an hour to be seated Friday night then another hour and a half for food. Waitress didnāt even ask how anything was or check up on us then offered free food to a table that waited only 30 mins. Then to top it all off I was served the most horrid tasting nothing but garlic Alfredo runny sauce that I couldnāt even stomach, i only took one bite and they didnāt even ask how it was when it was a given it was horrible. I will never be back. Donāt recommend to my worst enemy. I didnāt eat my meal and Iām glad I didnāt, my boyfriend got sick off their food and he had the same thing I did.
Friendly and attentive service. Cozy environment, somewhat small menu but sufficient. Our food was hot, fresh, very good and reasonably priced.

My husband's sandwich was very good. Prompt service, pleasant atmosphere. I I ordered the salad bar, but was disappointed when I opened the lid to the lettuce bin, and it was just cut up iceberg lettuce that was brown around the edges. I'm sure it was leftover from the previous day. $10.99.
