This is a great spot in an unassuming American small town. The steak is probably the best steak I have had at a locally owned family run restaurant in a long time if not ever. The Friday fish fry is very good and the atmosphere is what you would expect at a place like this. But the food isn't, it is great.

I ordered the salad bar, but was disappointed when I opened the lid to the lettuce bin, and it was just cut up iceberg lettuce that was brown around the edges. I'm sure it was leftover from the previous day. $10.99.

The food was wonderful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will be going here again soon.
