DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE
I ordered an item one month ago with standard shipping. I received an email at this time stating that the payment has been received and now waiting for the order to be fulfilled and shipped. I did receive any information from them since and attempted to contact them through their website, email, and phone number without success. I am also not able to cancel the order and receive a refund until the order is fulfilled (see the top of their Terms & Conditions page for this clause) which is incredibly frustrating and I no longer anticipate that a refund will ever occur.
Looking at other reviews, it looks like I am not alone in this problem so online buyer beware.
Ordered on 4/2/24, emailed, called, chat... no contact and no response.

I ordered items online on 12/13 ORD05163 And I still have not received any shipping confirmation. I have emailed them twice and I called every day and no one picks up the phone. This is horrible service. I want the items that I ordered.12/24 - update. I didn’t receive an email but my items arrived today.

The store is great! Customer service is beyond amazing! Lots of cool items for a great price. They have name brand items at reduced prices. I love coming here to support small businesses and I always find some nice new decor. There’s also great ice cream for anyone with a sweet tooth. Definitely check out D3 Surplus!!

This company/customer service sucks! The item I received almost a week ago was not as described. It was listed as "open box", but the top pole was missing, and the tree cannot be used without that pole. I've requested a prepaid return label multiple times, but no one responds to my messages on Facebook messenger or on their website. I will not pay to return an item that was not as described, so I will be disputing the charge and giving the company a negative review on as many websites as I can. Buyer beware!
Ordered a hat for $7.97 back in july (ORD04573) and it's been stuck on processing since then and never received it. Tried reaching out via fb messenger, instagram, and calling. No response. I would like a refund for the item pls.UPDATE: got the hat about 2-3 days after posting the review here

I ordered 10 candles on December 15th in their online store. Hadn’t received them or heard anything, so I reached out via their website on January 3rd to see if I could get tracking/shipping confirmation. I also called several times but never got through to a human. It’s January 23rd and they’ve now sent an order cancellation, stating they don’t have the candles in stock. Of course not.. it’s been over a month. Horrible customer service! Do not recommend. Maybe someday I’ll get a refund!
