Back in the day if we gave customer service the way it's given now, these people wouldn't have a business let alone a job to go to!!!. In a lot of McDonald's in this area they are okay at best but Portage is the worst.
The ebensburg store is the worst in the area
So I ordered Unsweetened Tea from Portage McDonald's today...
What did they do? Gave me 2 SWEETENED Tea.
The service there is ridiculous. It wouldn't be so bad if this didn't happen all the time. Then when u have to go back for the correct order, it's O ,I'm sorry here is ur correct order and a coupon for a fry or cone.
I don't want ur apology or coupons. Fix ur mistakes that have been repeated over and over!
