I was here today and I waight over then 30 mint on counter there was no employee.after 30 mint later one man came and gave me very bad customer service and didn't prepare my food good also he didn't put my food in bag his name start with( GR) PLEASE tell him to treat customer with good attitude

The African American worker whose name is Gavin is very slow with terrible service he was just in the way of the other guy and he constantly had to relook at the menu just to make a sandwich. This isn’t the first time his service was bad it has happened multiple times to me and my sister who are repeat costumers

I was at Subway today and saw a fly buzzing around inside the restaurant. It was very unhygienic and honestly disgusting. I expected better cleanliness from a place that serves food. Please take care of the sanitation — customers deserve a clean and safe environment.

The female working there at 11:30 overcharged me. I saw on the receipt and she charged me for the an all pro sandwich and I asked her about it and she said that was the priced of the extra cheese and I never asked for extra cheese

I want to start by saying im a regular at Subway. Not this location but maby others across the eastern side of the US. I usually order the same thing but i change things about it. I always get the #16 sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I noticed after i paid and before we added the veggies that they put about half as much chicken as they should have. I said something and they quickly replied how everything was pre-messured. I knew this but i also knew i was being ripped off. No other choice but to take the $13 dollar sub and allowing the huge truckstop Pilot exceed their profit margin even more. This place isnt worth your time. Go to a real Subway. Not a subway owned by a truckstop.

No tomatoes. Because he didn't have time to dice them yet. It's was at noon. How is that not ready ahead of time. Ordered the same tuna salad I order at subway all over western PA and cost almost $2 more. Was out of forks and didn't tell me until I asked and said none until Friday. Today is Tuesday. How do I eat a salad without a fork?- had to get one at Mcdonalds because Pilot was out too. This isn't 2020 anymore. Do better. Get the guy some help. Charging more for less is a joke. Last time I get lunch here.

I'm so sick of coming here on my lunch break and see they are closed. And let me remind you this is at normal lunch time. Noon. this is a truck stop why are you closed during lunch time! So everyone gotta resort to McDonald's cause there's nothing else around here. Well they lost a customer. I'm done coming here. And plus the employees always seem like it's an inconvenience to them anyways. I'll do my business somewhere else.
