I want to start by saying im a regular at Subway. Not this location but maby others across the eastern side of the US. I usually order the same thing but i change things about it. I always get the #16 sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I noticed after i paid and before we added the veggies that they put about half as much chicken as they should have. I said something and they quickly replied how everything was pre-messured. I knew this but i also knew i was being ripped off. No other choice but to take the $13 dollar sub and allowing the huge truckstop Pilot exceed their profit margin even more. This place isnt worth your time. Go to a real Subway. Not a subway owned by a truckstop.

No tomatoes. Because he didn't have time to dice them yet. It's was at noon. How is that not ready ahead of time. Ordered the same tuna salad I order at subway all over western PA and cost almost $2 more. Was out of forks and didn't tell me until I asked and said none until Friday. Today is Tuesday. How do I eat a salad without a fork?- had to get one at Mcdonalds because Pilot was out too. This isn't 2020 anymore. Do better. Get the guy some help. Charging more for less is a joke. Last time I get lunch here.

I'm so sick of coming here on my lunch break and see they are closed. And let me remind you this is at normal lunch time. Noon. this is a truck stop why are you closed during lunch time! So everyone gotta resort to McDonald's cause there's nothing else around here. Well they lost a customer. I'm done coming here. And plus the employees always seem like it's an inconvenience to them anyways. I'll do my business somewhere else.

Staff was friendly but they were missing so many things. I don't know if it's a frequent issue or a one time thing but this did not look good.

Worst Subway in the country. Emilee behind counter had an attitude for no reason. She was venting to her co-worker about a customer from earlier that day which was already unprofessional as everyone could hear. Nobody acknowledged me as I stood there waiting to order. I finally was able to order. Girl treated me like I was dumb the entire time. At the checkout, I said “I’m not sure what comes with the meal, but maybe a small or medium drink with this would be good.” She pointed out these giant cups and said “that’s the medium” (no problem here), and I responded with “that’s way too big, let’s do the smaller one right next to it, it’s probably cheaper that way anyways” to which she replies all snarky with an attitude “well, yeah, I’d assume so. The smaller, the cheaper. Duh?” It was said in a condescending manner, not a matter-of-fact manner. Then she shakes her head and mumbles to herself “uhhh I need to take a walk.” Girl, McD has large sweet teas cheaper than their medium. Not everywhere is the same. Some places discount the meal price for a certain size drink that comes included w the meal, etc. Zero reason to talk down to customers as if they’re stupid (especially ones running 7 figure companies). Im not above anyone, but I especially wouldn’t be talking to customers as if they’re stupid while I’m working for $10/hr making sandwiches. The attitude wasn’t necessary. I started off working in a similar position for my first job and NEVER treated customers this way. Very rude and condescending staff. Horrible experience. I travel frequently and this was one of the worst, truly. Management needs to teach staff common sense respect and manners. Then when I hop on here to post this, I see very similar comments. There’s a common denominator here…

Was ok. The girl behind the counter was incredibly cheap with the lettuce for reason. Not like it comes out of her paycheck.

Stopped here specifically for Subway, but they were closed during their supposed opening hours.
