Blonde girl is drive thru is very unpleasant. I forgot to order a cold drink at the order box and asked to add it on at the window. She rolled her eyes at me looked to see if cars behind me. Sighed and said I guess...... seriously its a cold beverage that took less than 30 seconds to make. Maybe she should no be working with the public with that attitude.

Tired of getting stale donuts and old coffee from this place. Tried again today and got an iced coffee that was basically a cup of water and half and half. I honestly thought they were joking because it looked like a cup of milk and they were laughing giving it to me. It wasn't a joke. Whoever owns this place isn't managing it very well. If you let teens run the store, and there's no care about the quality, don't be shocked when people stop going.

We'll never go to this dunkin' donuts again everything is made out of the view of the customer was just there today ordered an extra large coffee hot and when I take my first sip it was barely lukewarm they have young idiots working there

This place is trash. It's ran by a bunch of kids who can barely microwave the food. I went one day at 4PM only to be told all food services are done for the day, despite the car in front of me getting service. Save your money and make your own coffee, these morons are smoking in the back.

I had the most unpleasant experience today at Dunkin Donuts in Portland. The manager, J-A-Y-A-N-T-Y, “aka J” in her words was extremely out of line and RUDE to me. If the owners, let alone corporate knows how unprofessional and sarcastic she is to customers and allows it, then Shame on them! I pulled onto the drive-thru and asked for a box of munchkins and also the plain donut with frosting. Now, what kind of donut is this???? Last I knew it was a chocolate frosted donut. She asked if I wanted the double chocolate frosted one and I told her no, just the plain glazed one with frosting. She proceeded to tell me there’s no such this. I told her The “classic donut” that was listed on the menu. She then proceeded to say to me “what classic donut? They are all classic donuts. She knew what I was referring to yet she chose to give me a hard time trying to make me look and feel stupid at 9:00 in the morning while I’m in a hurry to get to work. I literally pulled out of that drive-thru and went inside to talk to the manager to find out that the jerk behind the microphone was the manager. When I asked her what her name was because I was calling corporate on her and didn’t deserve to be treated that way, she proceeded to spell it out for me and then mock me in front of her co-worker asking if I needed her to spell it out for me again saying “you clearly probably need me to spell it out again for you” as if I’m just some dumb blonde to her. Who talks to a customer like this? I am a general manager as well where I talk to hundreds of people everyday, and never have I ever treated a customer like this no matter how wrong they are. I’m not done with her. I will take this to corporate. She does not deserve to be a “manager, aka leader” of an entire team showing that it’s ok to act like this. I will not do business there anymore. I will stick to the small local businesses that appreciate my business.

Always a pleasant experience with the workers here! Kind of wish the owner did better upkeep of the building, seems like the drive thru window gets pretty wet when it rains, despite the roof overhang. Also Dunkin needs to make a way to allow individual stores more connected to the app...

Always gets my drinks wrong altogether or forgets to add sugar… every time you call because they messed up your order (again) they just tell you to drive back which gets really annoying after a while. Especially when they don’t even remember to ask for your name. In the photo I was supposed to receive a tea like the sticker says, like I ordered, but I actually received a coffee. And the app is garbage too
This place put a well enough cream cheese on my bagel fresh the can use a better brand of cream
