After a few visits...Coffee is usually very good. But the sandwiches leave something to be desired, like good butter instead of nasty tasting oils. The hash browns tasted like they soaked in oil for 3 days and then fried them on a grill. And the quality of the croissant and bagel and English muffin are pitiful cheap as cheap could get. Cheese was also very cheap tasting. And the bacon wasn't even cooked. Extremely dissatisfied will not be visiting again.

This Dunkin location is good when you are given all the food you've paid for. The staff mix up food check sometimes when it gets busy. The area manager just needs to have a look at this store. Yes it's making money but the way it's being ran as a business, is terrible. The 420 Dunkin has bad business with the mix ups of food checks when it gets busy.
Worst Dunkin around. They consistently mess up orders or don’t fill your pre-order at all and wait for you to come in to start working on it. Ordered a plain black coffee and they loaded it with sugar and Carmel flavoring for a diabetic. Put faulty lids on cups and won’t replace the lid if you ask. Add sugar to everything, even when you are specific “no sugar.” They lost my order this am and when I asked for a refund, they said no. Showed them the order, the lady behind the counter didn’t seem to be able to read and read it off to them and they still got it wrong. Just very poor service all around.
This once was an amazing store now the workers don’t pay attention and ripe you off by paying extra and then don’t want to give you the money back. Then you want to complain and nobody knows what that is. All I got to say is Enter at your own risk. ⚠️ just make sure you check and triple check your coffee but my advice is not go. Ignorant staff
