I asked for Med Chai Latte, he gave me a small… when I told him I asked for medium, he argued that I paid for a small. I told him the sticker clearly says MD…he then gave me a medium with a deluded drink. Clearly he dumped the small and added milk… I was with my kids so didn’t want to make a scene, but I told him that the service is not what I’m used to and I won’t come back. How hard is it to apologize and make a new cup??! Annoying and disrespectful!!
Got a large hot coffe extra extra. Tastes like water. She says ok outs a shot espresso’ in it. I say mam it jus taste like water with espresso in it. Gets me another cup and now they forgot the cream and sugar. They to much in a rush.

Me and my daughter were nearby and got thirsty so we went inside to grab a water bottle. Their card reader wasn't working so they only accepted cash, we didn't have any cash. He only said, "well then next time," in a rude unforgiving tone. My bank was right down the street so I went down to get some cash. When I came back there were people in front of me ordering a very large order, which is fine I had no issue with them, but I asked the other worker who seemed to just be lounging around if he could just ring me up real quick since a line was building up and I only had one item. He said, "just a second" then continued to completely ignore me. Afterwards I just asked if it was really necessary to wait so long for just one water bottle, and he immediately responded saying that I didn't need to wait and could have left. The customer service here was horrible! I'm not expecting a 5 star quality experience but seriously some basic etiquette would be nice!

EVERY cup of coffee i get from this place leaks all over from in-between the lid and cup. I gotta have them change the cup out 3 to 5 times before i give up and take the leaking cup of hot coffee. I only drive 5 blocks with my coffee but i gotta detail my front seats and center console everyday after i pick up my coffee. Ever since the styrofoam cups their cups and lids been getting cheaper and cheaper. Come on dunkin. Stop being cheap.

Customer service was not the best. The time to receive food was terrible, they gave someone else my order they need better training. The guy that gave my order to someone else looked irritated at me like I did something when he messed up my order. Then when they asked me what I had i’m repeating it 3 times to the guy.
