walked in ordered and hoagie was ready in minutes, staff was friendly shop was clean sammich was excellent 👌
food is never ready when its supposed to be! twice it happened where I ordered sandwiches they told me when they'd be ready I go there thinking I waited the 20 mins should be ready and I walk in and they didn't even start it yet! very poor customer service. seriously they then tell u it will be a couple minutes but clearly never started it. no way waiting around more when it was supposed to be done wow. they need to just shut down. I love primos. had many times at other locations...read full review
