Stopped here after passing by a million times and it didn’t disappoint!Prices are fine and the food were awesome the portions were very generous which I can appreciate. The staff themselves were also very kind and up beat the girl with the braces was very helpful on suggestions for what to order since I don’t eat pork.Only complaint was the parking lot but that’s out of their control. Long story short you should definitely try the Nonna Veggie!👍

Twice I've gone there and the hoagie have literally 3 pieces of Turkey. Not to mention how dry it was as well . No wonder it was empty at lunch time

Everything except the hoagie was fantastic. Maybe I’m spoiled bc I’ve lived next to the original Primos hoagie in south Philly, but the hoagie just wasn’t good. The seeded roll was stale, and the cheese was old. The provolone was hard and discolored at the edges. Could’ve been better. It was a game day Sunday so I would’ve thought ingredients would’ve been fresh. I’m not going to make excuses for them. Just unacceptable when their hoagies cost $20. For a $20 dollar hoagie it at least better be FRESH. Next time I’m craving the seeded roll hoagie I guess I’ll take the trip out to south philly

Owner allows her young son in the kitchen. Gave my entire family food poisoning god only knows what we ate. Disgusting. The owner clearly has no concept of consideration and is completely ignorant. This is an absolutely pathetic franchise and she should not be allowed to have her young son in the same area with all the food. She’s lucky I don’t have any evidence or she’d be paying my mortgage. Sad.

I am begging this location to start cooking their rolls properly. This location is extremely close to my house so I keep trying it, thinking it will be better and it is not. It is a pale, mostly UNCOOKED roll pretty much thawed from the par bake. The onions are always rancid. I have to go all the way to media for my favorite sandwich even though there is one blocks away from me. No other location I’ve seen has had this issue to this extent and it’s been YEARS. The sandwiches from here are completely inedible and disgusting. They are NOT primo hoagies. Someone needs to intervene and train the staff properly.
