Terrible service called to order a pizza they said one hour I called back at a hr and half and my food is just sitting there and the kid tells me that they dont know when it will be delivered like it would of been 2.5 to 3 hrs till I got my hard nasty sandwichs unbelievable. Then was told to come get it so I paid a delivery fee why??? Also when arriving asked for a manager the kids laughed and said there really isnt one.. woww prospect do better i work in the food industry and I would be very disappointed to call this good customer service.. I would like a refund but u cant even get ahold of anyone till nighttime when there are no mature people.

Always delicious- you can't go wrong with anything you chose, pizza, salads, calzones! The crust is so good. Prospect Pizza is easily our family's go-to pizza shop! The staff is always so friendly too!

I ordered in the past when the old owners owned Prospect Pizza and were always good. I finally had a chance to try it with the new owners and the pizza appeared good but there was a weird taste to it. My daughter thought the same thing. She only ate 1 slice and I had 2 out of a 12 cut. The young lady that waited on me was really polite and friendly though. I thought about complaining but I didn’t. They’re like a half hour away each way so I wasn’t driving back.

Ordered a square thick crust with 3 toppings, got home and barely any toppings, and crust was so tough that you had to hold the slice with 2 hands to bite and keep the top on it. Called about the pizza that it wasn’t worth the $33 we paid for it. Chad wasn’t too concerned, said Sorry next time you order talk to a manger to ensure your order is correct”. REALLY!!! Guess we won’t be getting pizza there again

Delicious little pizza joint in Prospect. Got two of their thin crust pizzas, one regular with cheese and one specialty pie called the Margherita and they were both delicious. The crust was nice and well done, held up the pizza perfectly, and the toppings were all fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend.

This place was good but last few times we got food there it was not good. Yesterday the pizza was not cooked the whole way, was doughy and edible. Called them about it and they did nothing. We will not be going back.
