This was my first visit though my husband as a truck driver was there years ago. If you are looking for a clean place you will find none cleaner. The bathroom was spotless and when I say that there was not a speck of dirt anywhere. Food was good and service was great. We arrived about 30 minutes before their closing time and they did not make us feel rushed at all.
I just love little ma and pop diners like this one. It was cute inside. Love the beautiful painting on the wall. Not a fan of the coffee. But the food was very good and service was excellent.
Good food, but waitress asked if we wanted peppers, onions and mushrooms with our homefries. She did not tell us about a surcharge. Got an extra $4 on the bill. Had to take it out of the tip, and won't be back anytime soon. A shame I like the food for the price just don't like being misled. Would have been a regular customer.
