“Are as a party and as a family on two occasions. Food was excellent. French onion soup was some of the best I’ve ever had. This is a gem in the south towns worth checking out.”

“We ordered the most beautiful and delicious cake for our son’s baptism! The cake was absolutely delicious and there wasn’t a slice left! We never have an entire cake go at a party. The fresh strawberry filling was amazing! The price is very affordable! We would recommend Carols to everyone.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Pierogi Festival! There were a few issues, but that is not surprising when an event garners more attention than expected for an area. We were surprised by the massive turnout, but so were the employees! It was wonderful to see so many people supporting a local business though. The homemade pierogis were amazing! Pierogis are not something that can be made in the moment. While they were constantly being cooked and brought out, preparing the thousands of pierogis took weeks, if not months, of preparation. The demand did put a lot of unexpected pressure on the employees. However, I don’t believe anyone could have anticipated how major of an event this turned out to become! This will not deter us from attending next year or any other events. I’m confident this was a learning experience for the business. I anticipate next year to be even bigger and better! Please continue to support this business in the future!”

“The Sherma sandwich and chicken salad were delicious! Everything is fresh, taste good, and looks good. Brian our waiter was so friendly and kind. This restaurant is a diamond in the rough. The staff was AMAZING, hospitable, attentive but not annoying, and genuinely wonderful. The drinks were made perfectly and so fresh and mixed perfectly. the food was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. “A couple of nights ago I was at the restaurant with two other people. Wonderful ambience , exceptional service. I am only giving this one negative comment so that someone would be aware that the kitchen staff needs to be educated to make the dishes match what the menu states. We had an appetizer and each of us ordered a different meal. The others meals were excellent and perfectly done. I ordered the stuffed sweet potato with a special topping and crispy shallots. The skin on the bottom of the baked sweet potato was burned. No big deal I could scrape the potato away from that. The shallots, however, were not even close to crispy. They were soggy, limp and bitter. I was disappointed but did not want to make a fuss In front of my friends. We had tasty cocktails and I repeat excellent service. I will be back and will recommend the Tavern to friends.”

“I stopped in at Lena's the other day with a friend and her service dog. Upon entering we were told that no service dogs are aloud due to people having allergies. We went back out to the car feeling frustrated and upset. I went back in and said " I don't believe you are allowed to refuse us service due to having a service dog". Her reply was she was a private business owner and she could refuse anyone she choose to. I would not recommend Lena's due to the disregard for service animal laws..”

“I really love two fat guys and an oven! My favorite has to be the cheese fruit danish and more recently the Dubai chocolate pistachio brownie! It looks a little weird but it taste amazing! My mother really likes their strawberry pie too! I think the prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and they have so many good deserts! I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good bakery!”

“I’ve had scottos since they were in the mall when I was a child! Their food is amazing and brings me back to my childhood. My husband and I now take trips to the restaurant (we live almost 40 mins away) to have it every now and then. So worth it!”

“We love Patsy's Bar and Grill! Since it's opening we've stopped in often and have tried just about everything on the menu. We've never had a bad meal, everything is always delicious. They have a decent wine and beer selection and a very nice appetizer selection too. Excellent sauce and pasta dishes. And, a great wait-staff.”

“Took my family here on a recent visit . Was totally surprised by the exceptionally good food at this restaurant. Have traveled and dined in many many major cities and countries. The food preparation, the menu, the service and the ambiance at Le Resto could compete with the best of them. I suggest you give it a try -- you'll be very pleased. It's a shame that the residents of the town don't eat out on weeknights though. It was empty except for our table. All that delicious and interesting food needs hungry customers ! It would be a shame to possibly lose such a first-rate restaurant. Le Resto also provides something new and different from all the excellent Italian-based eating establishments the city is best known for.”
