We ordered the most beautiful and delicious cake for our son’s baptism! The cake was absolutely delicious and there wasn’t a slice left! We never have an entire cake go at a party. The fresh strawberry filling was amazing! The price is very affordable! We would recommend Carols to everyone.

We go for the spectacular chicken pot pie - frozen and we cook it at home. The crust is divine and it's full of plenty of big chunks of chicken. We don't leave without a few donuts! Excellent bakery. Well worth the drive.

I ordered a combination of circle, star and graduation cap cookies for a party but was not satisfied with the result. Usually designed sugar cookies from a bakery are thicker, but these were barely a quarter inch thick. In addition the "graduation cap" was very difficult to distinguish. When I called to share my feedback, Jackie's customer service reply wasn't very friendly. Instead, she kept saying that the thickness of the cookie was due to them being "homemade" and the individual who made them was not "a machine." The reason I ordered from her was because I had her cookies in the past and they were much better. I was surprised with her response. When I placed the order, I felt she would best suggest the design according to what I wanted, but I was wrong.
