It was about 1030am. Maybe I shoukd have waited past breakfast. My breakfast sandwich had obviously sat under the warmer to long. The biscuit was hard like a puck. The sausage was dried out and cold in the middle of sand. It no doubt was waiting under a heatlamp.waiting for a sucker to come along. Usually not a big deal but when you pay over 10$ for a dried out hard biscuit 1 soda and hash brown and instantly regret it ,lesson learned.

Every time we go, we ask for crisper fries and onion rings. The last time we went, both fries and onion rings were undercooked, we only ate a few but couldn't finish them.

Absolutely terrible service and staff. The manager of this place is one of the most disrespectful people in there food chain. There door dash system is broken. They have no idea how it works. They are absolutely clueless and need to get some training in. All there doing is hurting there own business and I’ll definitely be in contact with corporate. Do not recommend eating at this Burger King.

Clean inside good food fresh just every time you go thru the drive thru they ask you to pull off to side even when not making it fresh I find this odd and don't seem right when there's not a line behind you so they can have better rating be real with people and how long it takes people got a lunch break and only have at much time

I work in the social services field and usually meet a client at the local McDonald’s because the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Also, the food is good for being fast food. On the other end of the spectrum, Burger King’s food has always been of poor quality. My primary complaint with the Punxsutawney Burger King is that a group of older men come in every morning who are loud and obnoxious and have no respect for the rights of other customers. It is overwhelming. I am unsure why the restaurant does nothing about this because most of them purchase nothing more than a small drink if anything. I would assume that if the issue was resolved more people would dine in during the morning.

I have to give this Burger King a good review. I have been coming here over a year since I started working in Punxsutawney and they honestly do a really nice job. They are always friendly and make my impossible whopper fresh so it is always hot. I can’t always say the same about other locations!

I'm updating this review. This location has improved. The food is back to normal. The orders are usually correct now. No dirty old cardboard clip board. I stopped eating here for quite a while. Thought I would try it again. So far nothing wrong.
