I am coming to make another review because I am very taken back by the way they are handling my bad experience. They are calling me a liar and that the other review I posted was false but it was completely true. I just can’t believe they are not taking accountability for their actions. Judging by the fact multiple different reviews say that this establishment is rude, I don’t think my review was false.

The lady was very obviously annoyed that we came in an hour before closing. She wouldn't accommodate requests and was rude in answering questions. I finally decided on Sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was overcooked and the sauce was flavorless. We definitely will not be back. The restaurant could have been cleaner. The mirror was only cleaned as far as anyone could reach. The plastic ware was by the door uncovered. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get my point. Very unsatisfied. The chicken also tasted like the grease needed to be changed.

They ignored us till we stood on the right side of the counter. Served called in orders first. My food was good but the whole order didn't come out at the same time. It was almost to the point of walking up to see if they didn't hear us. They never gave me a receipt. They definitely are trying it's just they need to understand customers are important.
For the area, it was not terrible. The egg fu yung was a little over cooked and it came with two Patties instead of 3. When I arrived, my food was hot and ready. The rice was a little bland but overall like I said for the area, it’s not terrible.

I've never had any complaints about the food here. Their Crab Rangoons are the best you can find. Great friendly service and you don't have to wait long for your meal.

Ordered the pu pu plater to try something I have had before. While waiting used the very dirty restroom. Should have left at that point. Food arrived pretty quickly. Every was fried in old burnt grease idk if it's supposed to be or not. But the "fan tail" ship thing had a metal shaving in it. I found it in my mouth. Like from drilling a metal plate or something. I said something just let them know. But, they didn't seem concerned 1 bit. The young man taking orders seemed like he may be slightly autistic so I don't hold his response against anyone. When told the cook she looked at and at me and didn't say anything to me. So I left and wrote this. A simple thank you for letting us know or sorry would have been satisfactory.

Tried to charge me 30 for a take box of chicken brocolli small thing of ramen crab Rangoons and two cans of pop. Other people say they give you huge portions but I didn’t even bother the lady on the phone was just rude
