We moved from Punxsutawney in 1970 but never forgot our favorite pizza. We have been telling people for 54 years that the best pizza in the country is right there at Sarah Defelice House. Yesterday, we had the opportunity to go back to Punxy just to have our favorite. It did not disappoint. We sat in our car across the street and enjoyed. It's still the best pizza in the country.

Great little pizza shop! The pizzas are excellents and I had the best Italian hoagie! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone :)

The service provided was excellent, and the price was impressive. However, I personally found that the pizza didn't quite meet my expectations. While it had a nice thin crust, it was overly sweet, and lacked in flavor.

I just ordered 2 Pizzas again two nights ago and Pat was working the ovens. And I can't help the think and remember Rose and Sarah each and every time I go and they don't answer the door they were two of the greatest people that I have had the opportunity to have in my life.

Best pizza in Punxsutawney hands down!I grew up on these pizzas and now that I live in Texas I miss them.Always have to get them when I come home. They are AMAZING.

Great pizza
My family has been getting pizza from Mrs. Defelice since I was a little girl in the 60s. It's not a fancy pizza, only comes with pepperoni (and not very much, at that). But the sauce and the cheese blend is something me, my children, my siblings, my parents, my cousins, everyone in the family, just CRAVE. None of the family live in Punxsy anymore but when we come to town, we always order massive quantities. Always.
