if i could put 0 i would have. i normally have a great experience here but i’ve never seen “sam” before , she was very disrespectful from the get go , i mobile ordered, my drink had nothing in it that i had asked for. she didn’t say a word to me , i asked if i could have a straw , she handed me one without saying a word shut the door so fast turned around and walked away i wasn’t able to tell her i had food, i sat there for quite some time and i had not seen her anywhere , so i pulled back around through the drive thru to get my food. as soon as i said i was just through getting my order she knew who i was and what i needed as if i didn’t see it sitting in front of her the whole time she was in such a hurry to get me out of there i had not time to process she wasn’t giving me my food until she shut the door and didn’t come back, she didn’t feel bad or think she was in the wrong at all, i normally do not complain nor write bad reviews but she was very disrespectful and shouldn’t be working with people. do better.

I’ve been here a few times now and have always had good experiences! There were times where it was busy and wait times were a few minutes longer than usual but nothing crazy. Everyone is always friendly even when you can tell they’re busy and working in a high stress environment. Clean store too!

Really good experience here and I've tried many many starbucks. Ordered from App. Said 7 to 9 minutes. I walk in at 7 and one drink already on counter. Second one was being placed. And perfectly put together with oat milk and minimal foam. No complaints at all

Depending on when you go in, it can be super busy, but if you have the time…definitely worth the wait in my opinion. My drinks have all been great for the last several orders I’ve placed and my vanilla bean cream Frappuccino was off the charts amazing!

Terrible service, drink quality depends on staff member i guess. I waited 30 minutes for a terrible watered down version of what should have been a vanilla latte and 1 other drink. Other customers complaining about their drinks too. The girls looked clueless with no sense of urgency. Go to a real coffee shop...this one does not represent the brand well.
Constantly out of products, messed up orders, closed for maintenance, prices are crazy and this multi million dollar company still asks if you want to tip ? Not a good start to a new location…

Well, my previous review disappeared for some reason. But I had a terrible experience here. My family and I went here on a Sunday around 1 and there were a few other cars in front of us in the drive through. It took us over 30 minutes to get our TWO drinks, which came out to 13 dollars. Not only that, but my wife's drink was unbearably sweet and mine was nothing to write home about.After waiting for 30 minutes, we get to the window to get our drinks and nobody says a thing to us for a few minutes. The inside of the store wasn't busy. This is just bad service.Overall, I'm really disappointed in the speed, service, and quality of this store. I get the store is a week old, but at these prices I'm not going to put up with bad service.
