I have got take out from taco bell many times after shopping at walmart for my family and never had a problem in the past. However, the last couple times I've ordered soft taco party pack with 12 soft tacos, they were not edible. Last week I got them and I ate one and threw away the rest. No flavor, very little meet & soggy lettuce. My family normally love soft tacos but from now on I'll be making them at home and NEVER getting takeout their again. I have not had this trouble in the past and I do still like their Mexican pizza. However, I will never order there again.

This location is always hit or miss. Some days the foods great and others it's awful like today. I ordered two chicken flat breads and they both had so much sauce in it that the chicken would just slide out. The second one was the worst one. It literally looked like someone stepped on it. The flatbread was hard and stale. It was stuck to the wrapper and when it did come off it ripped the rest of the flat bread had cracks through it like it was breaking and was falling apart and just got worse the more you ate it. It's like they drown it in sauce to overcompensate for how little meat they put into it.

Ordered through the app. Order was incorrect. Tacos were to be without lettuce. Second time this has happened. I didn’t do anything about it the first time but enough is enough. Food was also cold and freeze was barely froze but I could deal with that. What I can’t do is scrap lettuce off tacos without leaving some behind and losing the cheese. I called the store and was advised they could not do anything as it had to be done through the app. Only thing one can do in the app is report there was an issue. No refund, no nothing!

Horrible management skills towards the Manager Michelle. Rude and unorganized, puts unnecessary blame onto their employees. I am disappointed on how she runs the business and have heard of multiple issues in which she has been the sole reasons employees quit here. Something needs to change.
