This is the 3rd time this happened and the last I will go here again. I ordered a cheese burger with cheese ONLY. What did I get everything on it 🤔 and the manager took my order. I just don't understand how this happens. It's not hard to make something plain. I will go somewhere else that can get my order accurate.

It's kinda sticker shock when one week you can get a $1 small frosty then the next they jack up the prices because they have some sad SpongeBob stuff going on. To make it worse their offers have stupid stipulations that make it hard for someone who doesn't have a lot to spend to get any offers. Ironically enough BK has been doing this Halloween doorbell thing in the app and we've been going there instead, free food prizes and app points can't beat that at least in October.

Used to be a 5 stars for me but wow has it gone down hill... was just in around 7pm Sep 1st and the entire store smelled bad. Like very bad. Shrugged it off and ordered a small chicken sandwich and a small drink. The cup for my drink had a weird brown liquid in it and when I asked for a new one the blonde girl at the counter got visibly mad and slammed the cup down on the counter. Get my food finally and return to my table to find a rock hard rubbery chicken sandwich with the breading peeling off from how soaked it was from sitting out all day.
Supposed to serve breakfast till 11 on weekends according to google, we rushed to get there ended up getting there at 1025 and they refused to serve breakfast. Didn't order anything and went across the street to burger King instead.

My chili came cold and they also gave me no fries!! I ordered doordash so cold could be the drivers fault but forgetting my fries it's not like I can go back and get them!!

While in town for Groundhog Day festivities, we stopped at Wendy's for a chocolate Frosty. We went through the drive through and had great service with a smile from the employees.
