Got a salad and half the lettuce was rotten and the tomatoes were slimy. Plus it's a smaller salad but the same price. Not happy at all. Have been getting worse and worse with the salads.

I understand a delay in service due to being busy, maybe short handed. No big deal. Although I should have spoken up when I was handed my large vanilla frosty that was approximately filled only 2/3 of the way, not counting the dome lid whatsoever. For the cost of inflation,

This is the 3rd time this happened and the last I will go here again. I ordered a cheese burger with cheese ONLY. What did I get everything on it 🤔 and the manager took my order. I just don't understand how this happens. It's not hard to make something plain. I will go somewhere else that can get my order accurate.

It's kinda sticker shock when one week you can get a $1 small frosty then the next they jack up the prices because they have some sad SpongeBob stuff going on. To make it worse their offers have stupid stipulations that make it hard for someone who doesn't have a lot to spend to get any offers. Ironically enough BK has been doing this Halloween doorbell thing in the app and we've been going there instead, free food prizes and app points can't beat that at least in October.
