We ate at Arturo’s tonight and Sabian (?) was our waiter. He was so kind and polite. He was very fast to serve us and was constantly checking in. The gluten free pizza was very good! Kudos to the team!
Ordered 2 pizzas and breaded mushrooms to pick up when I got there the they didn't cook the mushrooms said it would be 7 more minutes I said couldn't wait any longer ger no apology no refund no mushrooms this isn't the 1st time I used to get food there at least once a week but service and quality is going down looking elsewhere now

I've yet to find anything or anyone I didn't like there. Great place! Love it!
2nd visit where service and food was not as expected. Server would get talking at counter and forget to bring drinks or return to take order. After the order was taken it was a long wait and it wasn’t until I caught the eye of the server that they brought the food. Ordered large Stromboli. Looked great, they cut it into 4 pieces. 2 pieces only had cheese, 1 piece had a slice of lunch meat ham in it, and the last piece had 1 piece of lunch meat ham and a few pepperoni in it. Your team can do better than this.
Get stop if you're in the area. This is one of three or four places I'll even go around there.
Have been a customer of Arturos for 20 years. Ownership has changed a few times but not the pizza. Love their service and selections. They are a little short on staff so be patient and kind. 100% recommend!
We traveled to Quincy PA for a college basketball game and stopped at Arturo's for our after game meal. Service and food was great. Highly recommend.

Owners are horrible people shut down at random times just called got put on hold for 5 minutes then to be told there not accepting order children run this place ordered multiple times wrong orders late pick up times late delivery times after today will never spend another dollar at this location absolutely trash and food food is below avg at best
