Today, I went through your drive-through and experienced something that was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. As someone with a multicultural background and an accent, I was mocked and laughed at by employees while placing my order. One associate started making fun of my accent, and I could hear others laughing in the background.

Thankfully, another employee stepped in and took over the order in a professional manner, but the mocking and inappropriate comments continued from the background. When I drove up to pay, I could still hear the employees making ignorant and disrespectful remarks about me.

This behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be treated this way. I consider this a case of prejudice and racial discrimination. Racism and mockery based on someone’s accent or background are never acceptable.

I ask that this matter be taken seriously, that the staff involved be properly trained and held accountable, and that steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Guys you need to order the meat mountain, it’s a delicious huge sandwich they offer on the secret menu!! The sandwich was cooked to perfection, buns were nice and warm and wait time was minimal. Dominick served me and truthfully he needs a raise, 10/10 service!!

The people working are very kind and considerate, the atmosphere is rather fun and inviting with the staff actually conversing with you! The food was spot on and did we have to wait? Of course! It's made FRESH and actually tastes like it! 10/10 We will be coming by again! 😁

15 minutes at Arby’s getting one (1) sandwich! Ridiculous. Had to pull over and wait!! The dude at the window was clueless in customer service. Really don’t waste your time. Can easily see why there is never a line

Went through the drive through. The one taking the order was kurt when addressing us. Ordered three meals only got two drinks. When asked what drink i wanted i proceeded to get a list of one they were out of. Fry pack was only half full, only got three mozzarella sticks, and when i said thank you when he handed us our order he didnt even acknowledge us. Too many food options in the area to have that poor service.

Whoever this newer guy is in a grey shirt(assuming manager somehow.)working the drive thru has a real attitude problem and will probably never return after that experience. Guy had a smart remark every comment he made.
