If it were one person or case I'd think nothing of it.
But for a subshop owner to have problems with this many people..idk. I'd stay away before you somehow end up another person this dude has beef with.

Cheesesteak subs are phenomenal and our family highly recommends Broadway Subshop. Once I got home from picking up our order we found that 2 of 3 were not right. Ordered no onions or sauce but both had those. I called and they replaced both subs immediately and even brought them to the house (we live within a mile). Family owned and operated by good hard working people.

Stopped in today for the first time because I heard good things about this place. I was NOT disappointed. I was greeted by a very nice young lady. I ordered an American sub and a pizza burger. The young lady made me a sample order of fries so I could try them. (That was so nice) I just want to say my boyfriend and I loved the sandwiches and the fries!! That was one big sub and the best pizza burger I've had in a long time. I will definitely go back! ❤️

Actually on of the best hogie shops in the area. Very authentic Philly cheesesteaks and very delicious. We had takeout so not sure about the restaurant seating. Let's keep our mom and pop shops flourishing as this is one of the best in York County.

OMG, Look I’m from Philly. I thought I knew what a great cheesesteak was all about. Until I had one here. This cheesesteak was amazingly seasoned, the bread was stupidly fresh, it had just the right amount of grease in it. And the topping was just right. It’s as if they said let me gone and knock her socks off. Hands down the best I have EVER, EVER HAD. If you do not go and try their food, then you don’t like good food……. Yeah it’s that good. I’m not sharing lol.

Found Broadway through another person sharing on Facebook. So glad we stopped in to try it while in the area. The staff was very polite and the food was delicious! One of the best cheesesteaks I've had. The cheesesteaks come in one size and are packed full. The bread was perfect and didn't turn into a soggy mess that falls apart. Would definitely recommend Broadway!

Why drive to Philly when you can drive to Red Lion… this is by far the closest if not better than any cheesesteak I have ever had. Pats, Genos, hell maybe even Jim’s on south. I was skeptical to try a new place but I will be going back. I got there a little early and just talked to the family as they cooked the orders. Very friendly, very respectful… highly recommended…. New sub spot for sure!!!! And have to mention the fries are crispy, good, and way larger portion

I want to start by saying that they were extremely busy tonight and doing their absolute best. I can see how hard they were working to push orders out in a timely manner. This was not my first time here and the food is always VERY good. I did enjoy my meal. I was honestly a little displeased with the customer service. When I called and placed my order they told me it would be an hour which I had waited before coming to pick up my food. The young man at the front who was helping customers was very kind and he did let me know there would be an additional wait time, which I was fine with. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I did stand up to ask how much longer the wait would be for my food because I was never given an estimated wait time beyond an hour and I had already been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes. I was met with an unkind response from a female employee. I was in no way being rude when I asked how much longer it would be for the food, so I didn’t think I deserved to be met with hostility. I was overall very happy with my food but disappointed in my experience.

My son and I went there our first time today, we didn’t have time to sit and onion like planned but when we were able to the sub was huge and fries perfect! He’s already wanting to go back and try a new sub!
