Placed a mobile order and they were closed. 9:20am on a weekend and they had nobody there, the entire building was black, doors were locked. Screw that place!

I have ordered from here 3 different times through the app, and not a single time did I ever receive my entire and correct order. The staff was nice, but regardless, something is always wrong.

Quick drive thru meal for me and my son. He loves the chicken fries. I decided to try smoked brisket, whopper and it was absolutely phenomenal. I will be back to get it again very soon!

Went around the drive thru and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Never happened so I drive around to the window and 2 employees standing at the window on their phones. They clearly do not want to work for their paycheck. The place was vacant inside and out, didn't even know if they were open. It looks like this every time I drive past.
We decided to go across the street to Wendy's.
I was there Wednesday night with my kids and the music they were playing shouldn't even been playing cus words

As soon as I pull up in drive thru I am spoken too with the rudest tone I’ve heard in a very long time. I then wait 30 mins for the 2 cars infront of me to get there food. All for a delivery pickup. There should be a window on the side of building just for grub hub door dash etc. Taco Bell does it alot of places do. But at the very least there should be respect when speaking to paying customers. And food going out in timely fashion. I cooked & ram an apps station for 5 years. This is pathetic & redicoules. There should be young man with the dreads has an attitude problem.

This place is either out of stuff on the menu or the staff can't get your order right.
I asked for 2 bacon kings and get to the window and they tried to give me a bacon king and a double cheeseburger. They messed the 2 cars in front of me up as well.
