The door to the lobby was locked at 5pm and I saw people eating inside. Went through the drive through and were told they didn’t haven’t fries? How could a fast food place like this not have fries?? I’ve come multiple times to this location and majority of the menu is out of stock. Whoever the general manager of this place needs to learn how to order their delivery correctly.

I ordered a small cheese burger, oreo milkshake, large fry, and 12 chicken fingers. But that's not what I got, what I got was 1 double whopper with bacon, 1 regular whopper with bacon, large fry, 1 SpongeBob burger, 1 fish sandwich, and a wrap with no milkshake (but a oreo pie to substitute). Not to mention they told me to pull into a different company's parking lot to wait for my food. Very disappointed with the service today. The only thing they got right was the fries

Received a cold whopper and a stale, hard bun on the spongebob happy. Dipping sauces were also missed. This store has never been great but they are really falling off here lately.

The person at check out is always friendly.
Like most places they seem extremely short staffed. I usually choose the 2 for $5 or 3 for $7 specials. Almost always get hot fries which are the Best fast food fries. I used to like their melts which I dont believe are carried on the menu any longer. Great for a quick lunch or to grab a bite to eat as starting out for my day.

I was given an impossible whopper with plastic in it. I was not given a receipt at the drive thru, and the phone has been busy for the past hour. I can’t file a complaint with Burger King without a receipt and the franchise cannot be contacted by phone! This is not okay.

Well, 945 AM I’m in drive-thru line and waited almost 20 minutes before the car in front of me started giving them their order. I pulled to speaker and I saw the other car ordered Whoppers and fries ?? 945 AM ?? 8 car left including me. I did go inside, not a manger in sight. Workers were trying but didn’t have a good system together. Manager needs to be fired, anyone else would be better. Now on, York.

It was ok but very very cold in the dining area. Our burgers were messy from being made and wrapped in a big hurry but they did seem short staffed. They probably didn't even have time the wipe the tables down. That is definitely a lost experience...
