Ive now ordered here twice in the last month after not eating at burger king in years since they always messed up my orders. Welp 2 out of 2 times messed up the order. Litterally forgot the drink and nuggets in the nugget kids meal......wtf?

I do not know why we continue to go back to this restaurant fast food chain, Burger King Red line the manager is rude, Several different occasions!!! The employees can’t seem to read the instructions on their computers!! Our order constantly comes back wrong!! Missing items in the bag, such as ice cream when they knew the ice cream machine was down they never told us and still charged us for it and just didn’t pack it in the bag!! Burgers had condiments on that no means no!! I have ordered from there and had missing items that I literally had to take an Uber back to throw the food across the counter at the manager because she said she couldn’t help me!! But she didn’t give me my order because they were out of it, but I was charged!! Don’t refund me I will never ever go back there no Burger King in this God-given planet!! Because they just can’t make it your way I believe that should’ve been McDonald’s slogan not Burger King!! There ain’t no king except king of crap!!!

This place is hopping this evening. Drive thru was lined up. But the line kept moving I ate inside I was waited on fast and food was delivered really fast. My only complaint was the food was too hot to eat. Dining room was kinda on the chilly side. But I sat over by the window rt 24 side. Perfect temperature by the window. Chicken sandwich and fries were delicious.

I'd give it zero Stars if it was an option.Breakfast is terrible, they never have biscuits available. More than one occasion I have sat at the drive-thru and nobody has answered. A few times I've gone and they haven't had internet so they can't take any orders. And they're very rude. Don't waste your time or money. I will never go again. Wish they would have built a Taco Bell than a Burger King in Red Lion.
This happened a few weeks ago, but a friend and I were talking about fast food experiences today and we both had a similar story, and we believe we should bring it up to management before it worsens… I went to the BK on Cape Horn Road for dinner, and the food tasted great! The kitchen staff knows what they’re doing, and left me satisfied and willing to come back another time. However, The one girl who was taking orders did not seem to care as much. I couldn’t see her name tag, it was covered up by a sticker, but I saw her multiple times on her phone while orders were attempted being handed to her—she does not seem to care about this job OR the customers time. The manager on duty, I also don’t remember her name, had great attitude and respect towards me. She was shorter and had blonde hair in braids, and she told me I rule!! The other girl with bright pink hair and glasses needs to learn something from her, I’d hate to see this store turn out like the other stores in the area with low-work ethic workers…
Unfortunately, friends and I decided to go through the drive thru. Not only were we asked to wait forever for our food, we got home to find multiple items missing ?

Excellent service and Great customer service skills. For some reason it's difficult to get what you order from Fast food, however, Vaida and Bailee at THIS Burger King ? gave us exactly what we ordered. It's also pleasant to GIVE GOOD reports on the care of customers for a change?
