This is a great spot. Good food, great atmosphere and top tier service. I would highly recommend checking it out if youre in the area and want something thar doesnt feel like recycled corporate garbage like many places are now today.

My wife and I had a surprise wedding reception at The Great American Saloonās banquet room. I canāt say enough good things about the amazing people there that helped us make a complicated surprise a reality. Lauren and staff (I wish I knew each of their names) set up the room based on my wifeās wishes and took all the pressure off of me. Any time we ran in to a problem (because Iām a bonehead) they quickly solved it with a reassuring confidence. Each staff member was extremely kind and personable. The food was AMAZING. Our guests were raving about the entire experience and it was because of the entire staff there. Donāt hesitate to book an event there!

Wanted to share about my recent visit . Food was excellent and my server Makayla was incredible !! Her infectious smile and amazing service was second to none . My next visit I will ask for her and suggest you do as well !!! She is sassy and her personality and service are PERFECT !!! 5 Stars

The food was good but the service was horrible. The server- Makayla was totally unprofessional, she was chewing gum in the entire time right in front of our faces, even while taking orders. She never ask ahead before taking the plate, not even saying āexcuse meā. One of us told her to ask before collecting the plate, she has no response and just walk away by rolling her eyes without apologies. I believed she needs more training on how to provide service.

I have always had a soft spot in my heart for this place. I used to bring my children here when they were just past the kid seats old. We would play i spy with everyone getting a turn on what they spied with their little eyes. years later I had my sons rehearsal dinner here. Just today a night out with my oldest. dinner was great starting off with calamari, and wonton stickers. Both items exceptional along with the accompanying sauces. We both got a ribeye steak mine with the seafood topping extra cost and the other with onion and mushroom topping also extra cost. Everything was perfectly prepared.
