I love this place. Fast....friendly.....they remember you. Very consistent and family feeling when you enter. Not high class dining.....but who cares?! The owners are great and the food is really good with great pricing. I always go here and no where else. Many options in 2 square miles, I drive passed a few other shops to go here!!

They are a little rude and it seems like they don't appreciate the biusness you give them. They precook egg rolls really it takes 2:30 minutes to cook. WOW. They weren't in compliance with food inspection. Please think of your customers health.

I say 3 star bc of the food only! They have great food however their customer service is TERRIBLE. I called to place my order & got finished & the lady literally hung up on me without asking whether or not I was paying w a card so I had to call back & tell her I was paying w my card & gave her my numbers, went to ask a question & was hung up on AGAIN. This happened 3 damn times. They're lucky they have good food or id never order from them again. They're SO rude.

They are very rude. The lady got smart with me on the phone and hung up on me twice. They are open till 9 but send the driver home by 8 so you can not get delivery. Then she said well we probably wouldn't deliver to you anyways after they have delivered to me before. So not how to run a business.

Lets face it....York County has horrible Chinese food choices. Lucky 7 is better than most but not consistent. And there is no room for discussion if something isnt right or God forbid you dont make the 12 dollar minimum for delivery even if you order 6 times a month. But with that said most of the time what we get is good and the delivery is quick.

I ordered from this place a few weeks ago and ordered the orange chicken and low mein and it was great. Tonight I ordered the same thing and it was chicken with orange peel and spicy, unlike last time. When my husband called to complain, the lady was very rude and argumentative saying that that's how they always make it and that if that is how we got it last time then we must have gotten it from somewhere else. I called her and she was just as rude and argumentative with me and then hung up on me. I called back twice in a row and the phone call got ignored. The third time I called back she answered and was just as rude and argumentative and told me that that's how they always make it and if I don't like it go somewhere else, then hung up on me again. Guess what lady, I most definitely will go somewhere else. That place is not worth the frustration and waste of money.
