I had a long day and didn’t feel like making dinner so I ordered online here. Got 2 buffalo chicken wraps, and I really dislike ranch, so I deselected it on the order and made a special note “no ranch please, and thank you.” Got the order home and the wraps were packed in with the French fries which made the wraps all greasy and soggy. Took a bite and realized it had no buffalo sauce and a bunch of ranch. $40 for two wraps and nothing was right. Never ordering from here again. If you’re going to allow for customization and notes, look at them.

Very generous staff, nice environment with a seating area. I came when they were closing so they were cleaning. And preparing for the next day, which is a plus for me, I know they deep clean at the end of the shift. The establishment was very clean. My order only took about 15 minutes. Food was very good and fresh. I love the fresh bread and fires actually everything was very good. I’m from Baltimore this the best I had in this area since moving here

Decent pizza, but be prepared to wait anywhere from 30mins or more, for one pizza. This pizza is my kid's favorite. The staff is friendly but they will act like you're 'odd' for wanting an update after 30 mins of waiting for a small pizza.

We usually pick up or get delivery. They have delicious pizzas, stromboli, fries, onion rings, fresh bread sandwiches! They are in our standard rotation of places to eat. Wonderful customer service!

Ordered a sub.i was sent the wrong order.i called them to have the right one I ordered when they delivered my sub they had the nerve to ask me for the sub back that I didn't order.that place sucks.

I’m Italian you just used that title to make money. What I ordered 2 days 5/20/25 ago was just quite honestly gross. I thought they are really using Campbell’s tomato soup for Italian sauce. If you gonna have a resturant do better than that. I will NEVER RETURN! Good Luck! And get the right person to answer you phones to get the order right 😁

I'm a Roma's fan, but I remember the pizza at Marcellos being good. So, even though a large cheese pie at $15 bucks is insane, I decided to switch up. Never, ever again. Worst pizza I have ever had.

The food is absolutely amazing for a fast food restaurant. Staff was kind it wasn’t crowded. I would definitely recommend it.
Very little meat on Stromboli. I won't be going back. I ordered a original Stromboli and it was a ham and cheese for $28.they don't wear gloves or wash their hands. Nasty.

We have been ordering carryout here for several years and had always been pleased. Tonight we were given an Italian cold cut instead of a California Cheesesteak, an Eggplant Parm sub that tasted greasy and lacked sauce and cold fries. Not sure where it went wrong.
