Last night we had to remind the employee at the drive thru we still needed some of our food. We were told to pull in a spot & wait. I had to call after waiting a good while to remind them we were still waiting. Finally got our food only to find out a drink was wrong! Gave up & went home. Service & quality has really gone down hill!
Having people circle the drive thru and park to wait for fries. They come out and they're cold. Been out of hot mustard for over 6 months. Staff is rude
Literally in the drive thru for 40 minutes to get an order placed and picked up.... at 9:00 at night. I can’t even imagine what it would be like at a busy time. Worst Fast Food experience EVER.
