Wait was stupidly long for fast food, food came out freezing and gross, and though it doesn’t matter much, they didn’t include straws or sauces. This is a recurring problem here.

The last 2 $4.58 large fries I have ordered half only been just above half filled. And cold within 3 minutes. This place has let me down too many times. I’m done with this location. I worked in a volume kitchen for 5 years. This is pure ignorant laziness.

Bad management with unacceptable drive thru service. A 20+ minute wait on the drive thru defeats the purpose of fast food and drive thru service. Employees are either not trained properly or not held unaccountable. When you have multiple employees visually seen with earphones and actively using their personal phones while work is required, it demonstrates and set an unprofessional environment. This location needs to do better, for the consumers unaware of every dollar they spend and for the consumers who are aware, and values their dollars for a quality service.

The daytime staff is so nice here. A couple items had accidentally been left out of my daughter’s happy meal and the manager and staff went above and beyond to fix it. Appreciate the customer service.

Let tell you I try to not write review I live in this area for 2 years so this is only mcDonald's close to my house but I might have to go to the one one queen street it's like they hire a bunch people (teenagers)with don't care or comprehension issues and I'm not talking about special needs I'm talking about plain not willing to understand or hear you out I order here several times delivery even in person they always get the order wrong I'm at point where I'm going report this location they need to have corporate come in here and clean house because it's just no work ethic pure laziness and just plain disrespectful please don't eat here
