The last 2 $4.58 large fries I have ordered half only been just above half filled. And cold within 3 minutes. This place has let me down too many times. I’m done with this location. I worked in a volume kitchen for 5 years. This is pure ignorant laziness.

Bad management with unacceptable drive thru service. A 20+ minute wait on the drive thru defeats the purpose of fast food and drive thru service. Employees are either not trained properly or not held unaccountable. When you have multiple employees visually seen with earphones and actively using their personal phones while work is required, it demonstrates and set an unprofessional environment. This location needs to do better, for the consumers unaware of every dollar they spend and for the consumers who are aware, and values their dollars for a quality service.

The daytime staff is so nice here. A couple items had accidentally been left out of my daughter’s happy meal and the manager and staff went above and beyond to fix it. Appreciate the customer service.
