Fries are terrible. At $5 that's just criminal. Even if you ask for cook to order, they burn them

Came here on a Monday night. Worst possible service I’ve ever encountered. Bunch of young adults with no leadership roles. Half of them standing around and talking on their phone not even working. Place is a joke. Get a new manager or someone that actually knows how to manage a store/ people. Never going back.

Placed a DoorDash order at 6:30 for 3 milkshake and 6 pies, it’s now 8:00 and they still are not done, my dasher has been already been waiting 20 minutes.

Place is a horrible workers don’t care at all they just stand around you have to say hello at the speaker just to get someone attention , only positive thing I can say is there was a young black girl who actually does her job

Honestly a really bad experience. I ordered chicken strips and they were stale and dry, definitely not fresh. I complained and they replaced them, but the second batch was just as bad — old and barely edible. Super disappointing, especially from McDonald’s. Feels like they don’t even check the food before serving.

They forgot about my order completely. I waited in a spot 2 after the told me to and they never came out so I backed up and I asked about my food and they said oh can we get your receipt so we can get your order since apparently they didn’t. Terrible terrible bunch in there. I’ll avoid this one now at all cost.

I got the BEST Qt ponder deluxe meal!!! Not the first time either so gotta shout out!!! LOVE how everything ❀ including fries 🍟 were hot đŸ”„ n ready!!! Soooo good!!! But the best part, my burger was made with love and care and sooo delicious 😋 😍 THANK YOU!!! I hate a sloppy one or when I get basically no tomatoes and that's the whole point in my opinion of the order (I love tomatoes 🙃). THANK YOU whoever MADE MY NIGHT. Work/life is hard, I appreciate you more than you know. Love this particular McDonald's for great consistency, customer service, and ultimately best food.

As A NYER I love Bacon & eggs on a bagel. But this one was dry, not well cooked it turned me from buying from this McDonald's when I'm in that area.

I have never had an issue with the employees here until I started providing mechanical services for one of them (I run an automotive repair business) What started out as a friendly business relationship enveloped into a very unprofessional and slanderous situation when one of the GMs decided to start telling employees behind my back that we were engaged in some type of romantic/sexual affair. To give you some context I go here everyday (to get sweet teas or a quick snack when I’m starting my route). I’ve become a regular well known customer here and my niece even works here part time while in school. I am friendly and talk with everyone here when I see them. I even know many of these employees by first name. So the casual business relationship I had with this employee wasn’t out of the ordinary. But this particular weekend/daytime manager decided to start telling my minor niece that we are hooking up/in love with each other( not in her wildest dreams). I could understand if it was a joke she said one time but it became an ongoing/ very inappropriate issue that has now developed into me having to go down to this location to talk with their General Manager about the situation. The general manager spoke to me with the disrespect and disregard you’d expect a GM from a random McDonald’s to speak with. Coming out of her office with a pen and piece of paper but never taking a single note on what I was saying or relaying to her, smiling the whole time with a genuine look of (I don’t care about what you’re saying). She claimed at every turn that she (doesn’t care what happens outside of the McDonald’s as if she didn’t believe what I was saying to her) This particular employee I’m talking about is banned from another McDonald’s due to sexual relationships with another manager/her behavior (she is the one who told me this personally). If you thought talking to the GM was enough to stop the drama you’d be wrong, she decided to pull my 16 year old niece aside and imply she was going to get her fired for reporting her. This is a child who was uncomfortable in the work place, and who did exactly what she was supposed to do by reporting the issue to the proper manager. Mind you the woman I’m speaking about is in a relationship with someone. She told me she regularly cheats on him. I am disgusted and infuriated at the sheer disregard and lack of care or accountability for this McDonald’s manager. I own and operate two businesses in the community of Red Lion. I have serviced thousands of vehicles in this area, some of which may have been vehicles belonging to the parents/workers of this said McDonald’s. This is defamatory, disrespectful and slanderous. This could have potentially cost me thousands of dollars in revenue due to her gross slander of my name, image and likeness to her co workers. I am still deciding if I want to get my lawyers involved and sue for slander, harassment and emotional distress, as this has now gotten back to my girlfriend of 4 years whom I share a home and bills with. (She is angry at the establishment for not taking action against this employee) I will be calling McDonald’s corporate tomorrow and letting them know what issues I’ve been experiencing as well as demanding action be taken immediately. For someone who is supposed to lead employees. Be a pillar of knowledge and trust, and to be someone novice employees can rely on. This manager sure dropped the ball.
