Went there for a Grinch Meet and greet. The Grumpy old Green Guy was outstanding! Best Grinch by far! They had a coloring contest and Ugly Sweater Contest. I highly recommend going there if you have the chance!!

I just ordered 4 regular double cheese burgers.Burger 1 had no mustard or onionsBurger 2 had no pickles or mustardBurger 3 has no onions and so much ketchup that it was inedible Burger 4 actually had all of the toppings, but only 1 burger patty.That amount of inconsistency and incompetence is actually impressive.

Super hit or miss restaurant. To better the odds in your favor, choose curbside pickup. If you go through the drive thru, it's about an 80% chance your order will have issues.Edit: They've gotten better in recent years, but still best to check your bag. They tend to forget items often.

I have no problems waiting for food when it's busy at lunch. I do have a problem waiting 10mins and then getting cold food, the wrong order and a happy meal bucket with no handle. And I even heard one worker getting pissy with the poor girl handing out food to the 6-7 cars parked in pick up spaces after drive thru told them to move and wait because she told her my Halloween bucket didn't have a handle. "Well do they even need one I'm busy?!" Um yes I would most definitely like all the pieces to the happy meal I ordered. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location to make sure my food is hot and correct than come to this location again.

Good, ok, told me cheese was 25¢ when it's actually 50¢,Extremely disappointed they took their salads out and even their grilled chicken there's not one thing half healthy there also the yogurt!
