Only here to review their Fettuccine Alfredo. I almost NEVER review food but I could not let this injustice slide today. The alfredo sauce was severely lack-luster. Absolutely NO FLAVOR whatsoever. Not even the slightest hint of salt, pepper or parmesan cheese. Very disappointing considering the price is almost the same as a large pie. In general their pizza is great but lately they can certainly do better on their entrees.

We tip them well, we didn't get our salads we asked for them to go and I had a cigarette butt in my food try to call them and they didn't answer the phone. That is piss poor business.

Ordered chicken fingers and fries tonight...chicken was dry and burnt... fries were under cooked and with a pepsi...almost $17...really...I will not be back ... terrible!
We order carryout a good bit...this place has not gotten all of our food to our house at the same time since they changed hands. Theyre keeping the old name and website up to lie to customers and try to blame their website when they forget something....seems like they wont take responsibility.The website doesnt function like they claim it does, it does not give you options and all they had to say was "it should". It does not describe just about anything either.I hate leaving bad reviews for small local businesses, but the new owners are trying to keep the old name that everyone loves except when you call in. The food has gone downhill. The orders are never right. Everything has the same roll too. Subs;roll, kids burger;roll, bread on side of spaghetti;roll.I wont spend $100 here anymore. We've tried a handful of times since it changed hands and its not worth the frustration to try again.

We typically order from Mussos on Mondays when our local Roma's is closed. Food is typically okay but not great. I ordered a LG Sicilian pizza with extra bacon and garlic sauce. I called Musso's hoping to get my money back bcs there was little to no bacon on some of the slices. When I told the woman what had happened, she reviewed with me that she watched them make the pizza and she knows that there was extra bacon added and that those pizzas have extra cheese as well (I'm not sure what that meant). Mind you, this bacon costs me five extra dollars. At this point I was not even going to bring up that our garlic sauce was forgotten too. I reviewed with her that I took a picture of the pizza and will be more than welcome to send it to her to confirm that there is indeed not extra bacon on this pizza. She then puts me on hold and tells me that next time I order I can get a free extra topping on any one topping pizza I order. In conclusion, I will not be ordering from Musso's again.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub. Delivery- when my grandson unwrapped it there were 2 burgers cut in half lined up on yucky roll. The worst part was NO BACON!!? They use BACON BITS ONLY!Crazy i called asking if they ran out possibly, nope this is what they use now. Never going back now for that price and bits o bacon and not much else. And businesses wonder why they aren’t making ends meet! ?
