I ordered online and came in for pick up. Store was clean only waited about 15 minutes. My food was nice and hot staff always pleasant. I order from here all the time no complaints

Lost our order, but then upon sharing the screenshot of the order for this location. Changed their mind and said they did have the order. Still actively waiting over 30 minutes after my pick up time at the time of this review. Another customer waiting for their order for over an hour.

As a mother of four children—three of whom are on the autism spectrum—pizza night is a big deal in our home. It’s one of the few meals that brings everyone together with excitement. Unfortunately, our recent experience with this Pizza Hut location was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. This store no longer uses in-house delivery drivers and instead delivers through DoorDash. When our order arrived, the pizza was completely dismantled, inedible, and a huge disappointment to my kids. For children on the spectrum, routines and expectations matter. That pizza was something they were truly looking forward to, and when it came ruined, it triggered a meltdown that was incredibly difficult to manage as a parent. Because it was late and the store was already closed, I called the next morning to explain the situation and ask for a refund. I spoke with a manager named Chris who was dismissive and unprofessional. He told me it wasn’t his problem and that I should have called the night before—even though I explained that I couldn’t reach anyone then. He hung up on me not once, but twice, when I tried to calmly explain and even offered to show proof of the order and condition of the food. I went to the store in person, hoping for a more civil conversation. Yes, I was passionate and firm—because being dismissed and disrespected isn’t right. I simply said, “You don’t hang up on customers, especially when they’re calmly trying to resolve an issue.” Instead of resolving the problem, Chris made an unnecessary comment referring to “you people,” which I took as racially charged and completely inappropriate. He then called the police on me, even though I was sitting calmly, not causing any disturbance. Another customer witnessed everything and even tried to step in, but Chris was rude to him as well. Ultimately, the police helped facilitate the refund—but the experience was humiliating and unnecessary. I’m writing this not just for myself, but for anyone who expects basic respect when something goes wrong with a paid order. Chris should not be in a customer service or management position, and I will also be reporting this to Pizza Hut corporate.
I ordered close to closing. The pizza I received was dry and room temperature. It was as if leftover ingredients were put together and served. I’m a local guide and don’t like to make businesses look bad. But in this case, I must inform everyone. Furthermore, there is no recourse to inform Pizza Hut of my experience so I’m doing it on Google maps.

Very dirty you stick to the floor as you walk and it took forever to get my order ??? fully staffed no reason it should be this dirty
This location was great with customer service and quality of food . However they are now hiring employees who answers the phone n hang up on you when you call to ask about your order that was not delivered. This the reason I WILL NEVER eat at this location again. Plus my order was still wrong n the food is cold although i live less than 1 mile away

When I first walked in all I felt was shade so I changed my order from one pizza to two pizza’s because the worker told me one pizza is 15.80 lol i asked him if I looked like an idiot smh why would I pay 15.80 for one when I can get two for that price ? The employees need to inform customers of deals and discounts not just being miserable and trying to over charge people bad business bad customer service and o yea the pizza was soggy with no sauce and under cooked dough

The food is amazing here always in time etc. just got lunch here with a co worker and whatever training was going on in the back was absolutely ridiculous. The manager/trainer that has that position was being absolutely disrespectful to his employees and was yelling at him about how to do his job in front of all of the customers that were in the store at the time. It makes me not want to come back to this location due to how uncomfortable that was to watch and I hope the employee that was being treated like that is able to speak up and no be treated like that in front of customers anymore

This is not a legitimate business. I ordered a large pizza and boneless wings for delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting the pizza tracker said my order was cancelled. I called the store and was told the pizza was "just about done". After another half hour I drove to the store and was told that someone took my order to deliver. I was told the shift manager did not have the authority to refund my money and that I should call door dash because they have the funds. So I left and called door dash and they transferred me back to the store where the shift manager said, "I didn't think they would transfer you back to us".So over 2 hours after I placed my order I went home and ordered Domino's which arrived within a half hour.They stole $41 from me and they should be shut down.

Not sure what's happening to this location. It is always out of ingredients. It would be good customer service if you received a phone call to let me know they are out of something before you drive to pickup your order....
