Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I don’t typically have an issue coming here, but I am upset with how my partner was treated tonight. First frustration was he stood around waiting bc the girls needed to finish their conversation about what they’re wearing to school tomorrow. Second frustration is I am near the end of my pregnancy and have been craving Alex’s lemonade flavor. My partner asked them when that flavor is going to be available. The employee respond with “oh we have it right now” another employee then says “that’s not the same one” to which the first employee responds with “🤫” …. We are not stupid. If you make mistake with what you had stated, say that. Don’t act like you have a flavor that you absolutely do not have. There’s a huge difference between the lemon flavor and Alex’s lemonade.

I really like Rita's but this location NEVER puts their flavors in their website. I'd probably go a lot more often if they did this.

I hate calling and asking for the flavors. If it's so hard to put the flavors on the website have someone take a photo of the flavors and upload it to your Facebook.

I don't think this is a crazy request, you should have your flavors on display all of the time.

Beware of the portions they give you. I paid for a large custard and they gave me a small amount. After contacting customer service to get a coupon for replacement, they forwarded my email to the local store, which offered to give me a coupon, but then stopped replying to my emails. I gave it 3 stars because my gfs was happy with her ice.

The lady working was very nice. I even gave her a tip. But what I ordered was FALSE ADVERTISING. I ordered a Brownie Sundae. There were no brownies. Instead there was Tootsie rolls ???

I visited the Red Lions, Rita’s located at 617 Lombard I have had great experiences in the past, however, I was disappointed with the service I received at the Rita’s located at 617 Lombard rd. Red Lions, Pennsylvania location.I arrived at this location on Monday, September 18th at 8:31 pm, there was a young man who was working. I arrived at the window at 8:35, and I ordered a cherry gelati, he told me that he did not have any custard, I questioned him and asked “why”He informed me that the custard machine is turned off at 8:30I asked him if his manager or owner knows he turns offmachines and refuses service to customers after 8:30. He said his manager knows, but the owner is never there. I asked for owner information, he said her name is Christy. I told him that I would be contacting the owner to inform her that he was turning away sales. Furthermore, I Was Not only not the only customer there. 3 more people were walking towards the window as I was walking away.

Why haven't we seen peanut butter marshmallow in months?
