The drinks are usually great. The customer service not so much. If you ask a question for verification, they look at you confused and like you have 2 heads. For example, ordered a White chocolate mocha today and the batista handed it over with no whipped cream. The white chocolate mocha is supposed to come with whipped cream. When I brought this to the baristas attention, she looked confused and asked, How do you want us to make it? I said simply, with whipped cream. They truly seemed inconvenienced to have to make the drinks correctly.

Bought groceries using GIANT DIRECT. They billed me twice excess of $500.00. The person from GIANT DIRECT hung up on me. Today my mortgage is due, and I cannot pay it because GIANTS overbilled me. This effects my credit report in a negative way. As a result, I will no longer do business with GIANTS.

Brainless lazy kids work there. 3 of them behind the counter told me they were closed because they are short staffed. Normally theres one guy giving put the best drinks all by himself. These 3 kids cant seem to comprehend how to make a drink. I leave this starbucks disappointed more often than not. Not worth your time or money for how incredibly inconsistent this particular store is.
