The drinks are usually great. The customer service not so much. If you ask a question for verification, they look at you confused and like you have 2 heads. For example, ordered a White chocolate mocha today and the batista handed it over with no whipped cream. The white chocolate mocha is supposed to come with whipped cream. If you get a cold blended drink, i would give 5 stars. But i don't know if it was the worker's mistake or the way they are told to make the cappuccino, but i spend over $5 for a large and it is literally half full and the rest was foam! The last time i got a small, it was filled to the top. and i expect to pay a little more when I choose Starbucks, but this time i didn't feel like paying that much for a small portion when i could spend the same amount or less on...
I love the Baristas at this location. They are always friendly and always get my drink of choice correct. Plus, most of them already know what I want, so when i get to the counter, my drink is ready or already been made.
