If I can rate it zero stars I would I stood in line for over 20 minutes while they’re preparing every other order in front of me there’s over seven workers here took me over 45 minutes to get my order. Do not recommend going to the subway trash.

I went too pick up my tuna sandwich and asked for the new foot long cookie lady said they where out I said ok I’ll just try the cinnamon churro .Got the “New $2 foot-long churros” tasted like straight dough with a pinch of cinnamon. Waste of money. Also they close at 10:00 and I went in at 7:30 and they had half the store ready too close up 3 hours early?!!

Worst sub I've ever ordered. Bread was burnt to a crisp. Absolutely lacking meat. Ordered a steak sub and even with toppings you can't see anything in it. Store was low staffed with someone just taking phone orders. Lightly toasted turned out burned. I was unable to eat it and threw it out. Waste of money. Photos open faced, nothing but bread... Don't bother at this location.. if I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!

Great EmployeesFood and allJust ya prices was for a.steat house dinner it was only 2 lousy sandwiches ? no drinks no chipsAnd was almost $40?????But the Employees don't make the prices so I can't be upset at them....Other wise ?????

I am so mad at Subway. I am a big time customer for many years, and when I contacted their corporate office explaining what happened when I downloaded their app, (it was hacked into & got contacted by my credit card fraud department) I was forced to put in my credit card info, and the next screen wasn't subway. So when I filed the complaint, all they did was have the owner franchise owner call me and he has no clue!

Lazy night shift. Got to location 20 minutes before closing. Door locked. Lights on. Open sign. I watched the employee pick up the phone as I called them. Only to watch him put it back down and ignore it. Twice! Same employee both times. I've been coming to this location for years. And this was the last straw for this location. Day shift is awesome. Night shift is lazy and ignorant. All they are doing is hanging out talking behind the counter.

It's subway. The only good thing was their seafood salad, which they removed from the menu AGAIN. Please make a permanent decision my heart can't take this back and forth.

Ordered and paid online. Subs were ready at scheduled time. The subs had more meat than any other local subway that I’ve visited, and were made they way I ordered them. (That’s why I had to leave a review.) Wish there was a pick up area for online orders that are already paid. Otherwise very happy with service, cleanliness of restaurant and of course the subs!This location is now my preferred Subway!

Imagine our disappointment when we walked in to the bright, newly remodeled store around 8:00 pm to be told they were out of bread. Ok, not out of bread...they had 1 italian and some wheat available. There was a rack of italian that had recently come out of the oven, but was "too hot" to use. WHAT??? As a former Subway employee, of many years, this would have never happened in my store.Yes, there were times we ran out of certain bread, but would have never refused to use fresh baked, if the customer wanted it.Our business went to Jersey Mike's!

James M went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful and was apologetic for not having items that we wanted. Although he made the best sand which and had a positive attitude with reassurance to provide wonderful customer service! This kid deserves a raise and appreciation! The whole staff needs recognition and appreciation these kids deserve to be treated fairly and with love and respect they are the future! Retention for employees is important you show them love they take care of others and the store! Way to go Cape Horn subway!
