The doors were shut at 9pm so I couldn't go inside, but the food was delicious, that I got through the drive thru

The new chicken tenders are amazing. I also love the sweet chili dipping sauces.

I had the new chicken tenders two weeks ago. They were fantastic. I have told everybody how great they were. I went there tonight to get some when I got home. They were so hard and so dry and so overcooked, but I was not even able to eat them when I tried to call the store. There was no answer. I tried several times there still was no answer. I was not in any position to be able to take them back. Needless to say I’m now I’m gonna have to go back and reiterate what I’ve told everybody. At least tell them to go to a different store what a disappointment.

I coming here all the time but I never eat inside do to my anxiety but today my family wanted to the front cashier was very nice at first till she made a mistake instead of owning it taking accountability she gave me attitude looked at me like I was lying I ordered bacon cheese fries I said it loud for her to hear she even repeated it back to me so I know it wasn’t on me she had said chilli fries than chesse so I spoke up and she got smart stop like you said chesse fries I kindly said no it was bacon I got a rude look from her than she went to tell the guys it’s bacon cheese fries they looked at screen she said out loud she changed her mind I didn’t say anything cause how she set it up like I was the problem I’m hurt cuz I didn’t wanna eat inside but when ur family wants to you give in she even got the condiments wrong I ask for ranch she gave one but the other honey mustard which I accepted cuz I didn’t wanna make her feel need to correct this was before she was rude to me I couldn’t enjoy my food and wanted to cry it was embarrassing what she did the time was 2:30pm sun 5 I’d love for the cameras to be played back and get a apology from this woman

I went there at 9:30 expecting lobby to be open so I didn't have to wait at my job to clock in, even though the doors say that their lobby is supposed to open at 6:30, they still had their lights off and everything, yet there was 5 cars in parking spots, I looked at the same person going into lobby 3 times within 10 minutes of me being outside

Terrible drive-thru experience. An employee was screaming, complaining about customers ordering food too late. (11pm, drive-thru is open until midnight). This employee was furious, even punching the wall at one point. He was yelling, saying everyone should have ate food earlier but was too busy doing other things that didn't matter (he was using explicit language). I'm not sure how the supervisor or manager would allow the employee to continue this behavior for an extended period of time without intervening. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. On the plus side, the food was good.

I picked up a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive-thru and when I opened it I thought it had an odd chemical smell. I was hungry so I ate a couple of bites and about an hour or two later was vomiting. I am so glad I didn’t eat the whole sandwich because I was SO sick from just a couple of bites! I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. I was trying to have the sandwiches pulled to keep others from getting sick.

Did drive-thru this evening. Unfortunately, it sucked. The cashier was on his phone the entire time, and that was apparently more important than assisting a customer. We ordered 2 SpongeBob meals for our kids. They seemed to be ok, but it didn't really seem like a promo, just food shoved in a bag. 🤣😂
We were also not provided straws, and the fries! My "Dave's Single" was $10 for a plain burger, fries, and a horrible iced tea that tastes like watered-down dog crap. Obviously, the calibration to the machine needs to be corrected.
