This place I frequented for many years (since I was a child) and to see it hasnt changed much says a lot. They have added more to the menu since then. Only thing I have as a gripe is the interior really needs an update. But other than that the food is good for a quick meal or snack. Since covid they added a drive up to get orders to go. But so much potential is waisted to be honest.

Great hidden place. Soft serve ice cream selections plenty, such as Rum Raisin, Coffee, Salted Caramel and more. Sundaes, shakes and floats. Wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches, fried chicken, soups and more. Simple but ample sit down areas inside and out to eat friendly served counter service goodies.

The staff and owners are awesome! This place has come a long way over the years! They have a huge lunch/dinner menu sure to suit everyone! They also serve Breakfast on the weekends only (just Saturdays and Sundays) and the ladies that run that are awesome! The breakfast food is delicious and big portions as well, I always leave with leftovers! The sausage gravy bowl is my favorite! Also their broasted chicken is a huge hit in our family!Kid-friendliness: They have a bin of family board games and coloring books in the front ordering area that you can take to your seat as you sit for your meal.

We moved to this area 2 years ago, found out about KK about 10-12 months ago. Since then we've gone about 200 times, and that's hardly an exaggeration. Breakfast every saturday and sunday, lots of lunch/dinner as well. Always loved it, never had ANY real issue (aside from quality going down hill recently but we live closeby so we kept enjoying the convenience). The ONLY "complaints" we ever had were as follows:One time, early on, they gave us a couple items from someone else's order in place of the pancakes we ordered. We called to inform them and they told us we could keep the other persons cinnamon bun sandwich thing (that we didn't find appetizing), and their hashbrowns we can pick up our replacement anytime. We were A-OK with this, thanked them, the end. Some time later; they accidentally gave us plain pancakes instead of Pumpkin pancakes, and being that they were a weekly item on their last day, we called to tell them and to get the Pumpkin pancakes. We offered to bring back the wrong ones and they told us that wasn't necessary. Once again, we were thrilled with this solution.Several months go by, and instead of getting the brisket sandwich I had gotten nearly every single time by this point, I decided to get the brisket platter, but asked that instead of the different food items being layered, that they keep each component separate, but inside one single container, with the sauces on the side. We tried this before, and as with the first time, they for some reason packaged each component in their own Styrofoam container. Talking like 6 containers. And no sauces. So, since it was the second time, we called just to ask them if they could do it properly the next time, and DID NOT ASK a refund or anything despite also noticing the portions were significantly smaller. Just wanted it packaged correctly next time. End of complaint. We were slightly annoyed and confused, but not mad.TODAY, probably 2.5 months after the last instance, we ordered our normal breakfast items. I got my brisket on a biscuit sandwich.I get home to eat it, and i am not exaggerating when I say I could not chew through it. Gotten this brisket countless times, likely over 100 times, we used to rave about it. This was all gristle and LITERALLY inedible. So, I called and just nicely indicated all of the latter info to the manager, and she offered me nothing and instead said she was gonna "investigate" the situation... meanwhile, I told her I still have 85% of this sandwich in hand, telling her I can bring it in and show her, I just want a remake so I may eat. Also expressed how much I hated to even ask because I love it there so much! But it's a $10 sandwich, so I'd like to eat it.This manager then went on to very rudely insist that I've called in too many times with issues and that I would be required to eat some of the sandwich there in front of her before I'm able to leave! Then I question what else have we complained about?? I said "we've been there well over 100 times in under a year and have NEVER asked for a refund, and only called in 3 times post-pickup". I was very confused by this naturally. Her only response was to mention how I called in that one time to ask about the packaging of the brisket bowl.THIS WAS THE ONLY INSTANCE SHE COULD NAME. Likely because that was the only time we've ever called in with anything resembling a complaint. And that was when she just decided to hang up on me twice in a row. And yes, it was truly as rude as I'm making it sound right now.Anyway so long story long, that is why we will never visit this place again. Because of how we were treated when asking for a remake of a poorly made sandwich, that I offered to bring back in nearly in it's entirety. Thanks for the memories I suppose lol.P.s. the family who told us about you guys had a less than ideal dinner experience some weeks back and so they stopped going as well. I told them all of this and they weren't surprised. They've been coming here for decades and we just

First, let me say that we love supporting our local diners and restaurants , and we’ve had very good food here, but this time we were disappointed with our food. The onion rings, mushrooms, and shrimp were in the fryer too long. My fish sandwich was literally a piece of battered fish thrown on a dry bun. I specifically asked about tartar sauce when I placed the order. The cheesesteak sub was just ok. I’m sorry, but we won’t be back for a while.

Ice Cream for breakfast is my favorite! I am so happy that breakfast is being served on the weekends now. EVERYTHING on their breakfast menu is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend trying and the ladies that work in the morning make it an awesome place to be at! The portions are plentiful! So what if the prices go up…isn’t everything?!? Eat local anyway! There aren’t many local food places in the Reinholds area and this one is a must!
