I ordered a 2 tier chocolate princess cake for my 4 yr olds birthday and was told not a problem we can do that. When the cake was picked up the next day and brought to the party I opened it to find a chocolate layered cake which was smaller than the cake I ordered. I’m upset that there wasn’t enough cake to go around but I’m more upset with the “professional baker” who tried to convince me that a layered cake was a 2 tier cake. Being a home baker myself that’s obviously not the same thing. Calling back yet again to talk to a manager or supervisor and was told none would be there till Wednesday. And was informed they don’t do tier cakes! The “baker” told me different and the website says different. Extremely unhappy with our experience. Giant eagle has done good in the past but this specific bakery I have never tried. Will not use again and will be calling back Wednesday to speak with someone in charge. You can not run a successful bakery when you can’t even tell the difference between the 2 cakes. Horrible experience and I will caution anyone who tells me they are ordering cakes from this specific giant eagle in the future. Absolutely livid with this experience.?

Very old store. Could use a serious, professional deep clean or a remodel. You can tell it's pretty neglected by corporate. Decent prices and staff seem nice.

in general I do not shop at Giant eagle because they're overpriced. But the bakery is amazing, the people are very friendly, and their items are top-notch. Plus in general Giant eagle has absolutely everything you could ever imagine, if you're a baker or just need some specialty foods. They're just overpriced

This was my first time here. I’m over 70 with no health issues but I still watch. A friend told me about this store and I drove up . I was so pleased! I bought all I needed with no disappointment. The employees were very kind and pointed me in the right direction. The store was fully stocked and still adding more. Loved it

In a very uncertain time, my family has watched and shopped at Giant Eagle (Rices Landing) and are amazed and thankful for the AWESOME staff in place. They truly seem to care and are working VERY hard to meet the needs of their community! THANK YOU Giant Eagle I will take you over wal mart any day.

Our store of choice. Great meat selection as well as fine selection of fruits and vegetables. Only drawback is the bakery which boast very good artisan bread and rolls is always sold out when shopping after work on the weekdays.

$5 dozen donuts on Fridays! Be a work hero and scoop some up! Also a coffee station, fresh bread and treats, and so much more. It's worth walking by just for the amazing aroma! Everything is a decent price, tasty, and employees are always helpful and pleasant.
