They are so good at bringing a vision to life! Every year, I get my daughter’s birthday cake here. She can really replicate a picture while adding her own touches. And let me just tell you, usually the more beautiful cake. The less delicious it is, but that’s not the case here. Her cakes are moist and flavorful. I think vanilla is actually my favorite: the icing complements it well. The picture on the left is what my daughter showed her and the picture on the right is what we got. I actually think it was prettier than the picture! To be honest, the picture does not do it justice… The cake glimmered!

Cookies were yummy, best of all got to talking about treats I had enjoyed from this bakery as a child, they were so kind as to recreate a childhood favorite, Washington cake, for an event I was holding it was just like I remembered and everyone loved it!! I used this baker because it was included with a wedding package at NHVCC. Honestly I’m glad I did because it was the best wedding cake I’ve ever had. My family is asking me to eat the anniversary cake already! The owner was nice and easy to work with. She coordinated with the florist and the venue. Couldn’t have been easier! I’m not sure if this is a thing or not, but I’m gonna try to order the wedding style cake for upcoming holidays! I’m sure it’s a thing, right? Anyways, point is it was friggin delicious.

Desserts by design made a 1st birthday cake and smash cake for me with very short notice. The only bakery in the area that was willing to make us a cake for the next day. It was delicious and beautiful! Exactly what we wanted, we can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!

We got married on 12/30/22 and had Desserts by Design do our wedding cake. I wanted a cupcake tower with a small 6" cake on top. I wanted to save the cake on top for our one year anniversary. We discussed having a second 6" cake that would be a duplicate of our top tier cake so that we would have something to cut at our reception. At our cake tasting we selected chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and a marble poundcake for the 6" cakes. It was hard to make a selection as everything was great. I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Everything was delicious. The cake and cupcakes were beautiful. I can't wait for our one year anniversary to eat our top tier cake.
