Cookies were yummy, best of all got to talking about treats I had enjoyed from this bakery as a child, they were so kind as to recreate a childhood favorite, Washington cake, for an event I was holding it was just like I remembered and everyone loved it!! I used this baker because it was included with a wedding package at NHVCC. Honestly I’m glad I did because it was the best wedding cake I’ve ever had. My family is asking me to eat the anniversary cake already! The owner was nice and easy to work with. She coordinated with the florist and the venue. Couldn’t have been easier! I’m not sure if this is a thing or not, but I’m gonna try to order the wedding style cake for upcoming holidays! I’m sure it’s a thing, right? Anyways, point is it was friggin delicious.

We got married on 12/30/22 and had Desserts by Design do our wedding cake. I wanted a cupcake tower with a small 6" cake on top. I wanted to save the cake on top for our one year anniversary. We discussed having a second 6" cake that would be a duplicate of our top tier cake so that we would have something to cut at our reception. At our cake tasting we selected chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and a marble poundcake for the 6" cakes. It was hard to make a selection as everything was great. I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Everything was delicious. The cake and cupcakes were beautiful. I can't wait for our one year anniversary to eat our top tier cake.
We worked with Desserts by Design as a part of a package through MEI catering. The communication was super easy.The cake was beautiful all day. It was moist and flavorful. We went with raspberry swirl and chocolate with vanilla buttercream. Everyone loved it. The photos show the raspberry juice running a little, but Desserts by Design is hardly responsible for the 90+ degree mid July weather and did warn me that this was a possibility by the end of the night.I cannot recommend Desserts by Design enough.

Desserts by Design took my inspiration photo and brought it to reality. I was able to order flowers to the shop and they did an amazing job decorating our cake. An added bonus of course is that it was delicious. Still getting compliments from guests a month later on how good it was.

We got a 9 inch custom birthday cake. The staff was very friendly to work with, more than helpful with what we wanted, and it was ready when we needed. Cake was very moist and the icing had a thick layer, definitely didn’t skimp on the icing. Will definitely be back.

We chose marble cake with a thin layer of cannoli filling and vanilla cake w a thin layer of raspberry for the different layers. Staff is so nice and so easy to work with.
