My family had a dinner for my parents’ 50th anniversary at Denicola. We couldn’t be happier with the service, the food, or the atmosphere. Great small local spot. A hidden gem.

Walking in was one of two tables. First table was done before we received the very dense stale bread. My dinner was good. My wife the pasta was very dry. Too much pasta that has soaked up all the sauce. Service is great because we were only one of two tables there at a time.

We use the catering and the food was fantastic and plenty of it. We had chicken parmesan, meatballs, Caesar salad, chicken patties, shrimp and pasta. Loved the chicken Parm the most! The sauces were homemade and different for each dish.

Would absolutely come back ... everything was fantastic.Everything tasted fresh and made to order. I appreciate the fact that someone made my pasta by hand. I appreciate the fact that real fresh peas were used rather then canned.The fresh garlic bread and brushetta was awesome!!I liked the fact that this place wasn't so big. I liked the fact that when I took my son there tonight, it wasn't crowded. I could see, though, there could be some disappointed people. Especially, when there was only one chef this evening.I am hard to impress. I put every single Italian restaurant to my mom test. If they cook similar to her, I'm happy. And again, the freshness of everything also made it that much better.So what if bread was crumbly when you buttered it. It's bread...it's butter... ehBut, the amount of food and for the price, is a definite positive for me.And tonight, we had the best waitress. A total mom & pop restaurant. Everything had an extra personal touch.

Food was excellent and service was too.The owner sends special goodies your table which are great. His homemade bread is umm umm good. We have been going here for over 20 years and are never disappointed

I just ordered catering from here for a large party of 25 people and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I ordered various meat, pasta and veggie dishes and they were all great. For example, the chicken piccata melts in your mouth and my guests were fighting over leftovers. Would definitely order from here again and next time box up my own leftovers before letting it all disappear!

Came here later in the evening on a whim with my large group of 18 people of family & Friends. They were so nice & accommodating , I had some people in the group that had food sensitivity and other issues but they were able to address those issues. It was a wonderful true relaxing experience, good Italian food takes time to prepare and it was well worth the wait!!!! Everything was delicious and our waiters were top notch, so nice, helpful, accommodating, patient and attended to our every need. The owner was amazing too! Can't wait to go back... Really a great place!!!

Came here as a last second option for dinner as a party of 11. I do understand a big party can take a while in a restaurant. And it’s appreciated that we were given a couple little free appetizers while we wait for our food, but some individual appetizers such as soup came out at different times, cold and I didn’t get mine and when offered I didn’t even want it at that point any more. People came in after us, got their food, ate, and left before we even finished getting the rest of our starters. One of our party members is a child with celiacs and ordered a gluten free pasta and had to sit here hungry for well over an hour because the appetizers were not gluten free. Food was mediocre at best. We were here for an unnecessary almost 3 hours. Tonight was just ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

We always order food from here for our family gatherings. The food is delicious!!! Their penne pasta in vodka sauce is so good. We always orde gluten free pasta since some of our family members have allergies and you can't even taste the difference in the pasta. Not only do they give you huge amounts of food, they always throw in a free pizza and last time we ordered they gave us a whole tray of meatballs that were amazing at no charge. You do not find many businesses that go above and beyond like they do.
